SYVR360

I bought the Immerse 360 duo from a clearance sale. I've tried over and over again to connect the camera to the app. Nothing happens just a message telling me to connect the camera even though it sees it in the wifi list. This is the most frustrating thing I have ever come across. Is there a help firum somewhere3

Was having problems with connection... app was not reconnecting to camera after switching camera off and on again. Was having to do a wifi forget and then fresh connection with password to connect each time. SOLVED by switching off mobile data before connecting app to camera. App now connects every time. Just have to remember to switch mobile data back on when finished. Still got other issues / bugs with upload to youtube etc but at least OK for capture. Android 9

It works just like the the companion app for visits 360, my Cam is the dvr978hd, I couldn't connect for awhile, It turned out to be the preferred network type, I switched the automatic over to GSM/UMTS, and finally connected after 3 days of reading watching videos and trying almost everything, and the companion app would let me control the camera, but not upload or view, after I took some advice I downloaded this app and proceeded to do a happy dance when I watched my first 360 video come to life. Thank you for working.

A very buggy and feature lacking app. With 4G and wifi enabled you can't connect to the cam. You cannot even export the stiched footage to you phone. The only thing that you can export is fish-eye footage.

Basically the app is OK but it does not allow to store images locally (i.e. in the gallery) or on any cloud storage such as google drive or dropbox. This is quite fatal since it means I cannot export any images without publishing them to others.

Any updates for samsung S10? App keeps crashing. The immerse 360 duo has been discontinued and there are NO plans for updates to the software, this will never work on later versions of android. The information was provided by Kitvision UK.

Worked just fine until I updated my phone (note 9) to android 10. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE release an update. I use this for every motorcycle ride and as a dash cam and would like to be able to use my phone instead of pc to manage my vids.

allows you to stitch download and share 360 photos and videos the interface is a little confusing at first but when you get used to the order of things it becomes easy.

Stopped working after Android version 9.Download SYMAX360 for the PC if you want to continue using the Kitson Immerse Duo Camera. A little tricky to use, but does the job for viewing pics videos and converting them for Facebook and Youtube

Only works on Android 9 on my Huawei p20. When I updated to Android 10 it no longer opens... Was a great app, but now I don't know how I'll use the camera.

This App Is A Waste Of Time! Thank God I Didn't Pay Full Price For The Camera. This Was A Really Good App But like people are saying after purchasing a new phone it no longer works.

App no longer works, it doesn't open, unable to get camera footage stitched and edited!

Please update app to latest android, we can't use it with new android versions. It stops and says built for older android and not compatible..

Great app other people are having trouble with this app because they are not using the blackfin 720 camera wich is the camera this app was originally designed for.

Doesnt work with my Samsung S10 how is it that the last time this app was updated is 2018???? Not sure what i can do..

Need updates for Android Galaxy 10 just purchased the 720 and can not use it. Looking forward to utilizing it.

Once it gets going its pretty good. Takes 4EVER to download!! For this reason I'm getting another camera! Hey you get what cha pay for.. Gopro here I come.

App dont work on android and on ios it crashes all time total wàste of time and company should be ashamed.
