The idea is fantastic. The functionality, ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC. I have an android and NOTHING works. It constantly crashes and tells me I systems are down when I try to log in. If I do miracuasly get in then it either tells me I have no rewards (when I know I do) or crash when I click on it. I have friends that have apple and it seems to work bug free. However work needs to be put in to make it work properly for androids. So frustrating. 40mins monkeying around and still cant get my rewards.

App requires a separate account - can't just use your regular online account. If you have two dots in your email address, the app doesn't recognize it as valid. App seems like it is only an afterthought. UPDATE: New update shows no rewards but online account shows I have rewards. This app is useless as I still have to print paper copies to take to the store with me.

I was having problems with the app as to making payments. It Frizzes alot!! But I just tried something different and that is!! I Uninstalled and installed it back again, and apparently it worked without any problems. FYI...I advise anyone using the app, to try doing so. You may have the same results I did. All the best!!!!👌

This is a very slow app. Too much problem in signing in. Have uninstalled couple of times but still don't work after logging in. Was going through several reviews, looks like you all know that there is a problem with the app but instead of doing something about it, you suggested to contact the customer support. Get your app updated it's freezing.

Horrible! This app worked for me months ago and was wonderful, now it won't open and freezes. I keep downloading and trying the app hoping that the company has read this and the many other complaints and would do something about it, but that has not been the case. Frustrated and disappointed.

No rewards showing up in my account (but they do show up online) and unable to link my card or rewards without the email code. When clicking the link to resend the email for the code it says "oops something went wrong" not even any direction on how to resolve their OOPS. Will update this review if the issue is resolved. I expect rewards will be expired by the time they get around to it.

Cant use app. It keeps closing out, if you have one or more tabs open. It causes my screen to black out. I tried with wifi and the same results. Why is it hard to just make a payment. I dont need the paymemt combined with what to buy or whats new or any deals, just make the app easier. Payments only.

What a hassle at this day and age! It is literally impossible to link my credit card to my account. For whatever reason the app does not accept my credit card login. I tried it both on the Marshalls and TJ Maxx apps same result. I cannot see my rewards because of this.. Why not just combine everything under ONE app??? Who runs your IT dept???

TJX is a fraud. I spent thousands and thousands of dollars in the stores. Because I paid off my credit on time, my credit was slashed from thousands to three hundred. I never get my rewards because it seems almost impossible to access it online. At this point, I just need to say goodbye to their credit. It's such a shame because I have been shopping in the stores for decades now.

Less quality inventory than pre-Covid. Easy search and navigation. My go to when I haven't time to visit a brick and mortar.

App was fine in the past but now it doesn't recognize my account; keep saying my password is wrong. Logging in through a browser is fine.

Can log into credit card with no problem but rewards requires separate login. Rewards will not recognize my login!!!! App not worth it!!!

I can't even get into the app anymore. I try to put my password in and it kicks me out. I have rewards I can't even use. Terrible app ....

Really hard to move left and right on the rewards. It won't go to the next one. I have to go sign in on the website to get all my rewards to open.

Th>s app is terrible, it never works for me. So I have to dig for my paper bill to get my rewards. So frustrating.

Worst app I've ever used. Can't get into my account to pay bills. God forbid I want to use my rewards, no chance of I didn't take a screen shot of it. The app is a SCAM

Worthless app. Doesn't accept my username and password for rewards. Uninstalling as there is no reason to use the app when I have to open a browser anyway.

The app wont let me sign in using my existing account & password that i use on the web browser. I even copied & paste my password & email from the website to the app and it still said it was incorrect... how?

The app never loads. When I open it all I get is a blank screen and nothing happens when I click the buttons on the bottom

SO frustrated! First, since I first got the card I spent about $2,000 with it, all paid off right away, but never got the rewards. They weren't able to help me in the store either. Now, I'm trying to open the app and it just keeps crashing repeatedly before I can sign in. Really bummed out. Will probably just cancel my card; at this point it's just an extra payment step for no reason without the rewards.

I have not been able to log into my account for a long time. I contacted customer service but I have not heard back. This app isn't useful if I can't log in to it.

Constant Error messages!!!! Previously I used the app regularly with no problem, it was great; now everything is a problem! I log in ok, I try to use rewards that I actually have in paper form but they don't show in the app. I try to use my fingerprint like I usually do. I get a message "The information you entered does not match our records". I try to do anything else i get "Sorry we are unable to complete your request at this time". Frustrating.

I love this store inended up gettingba CC bc ill earn points and cash to use in the store. If im already going to be spending money i might ss well earn while I spend!

This app constantly freezes or wont load at all. I have my reward certificates stored in the app and I can never use them because the app freezes or crashes when I shop. Its always getting errors when I use it to pay my credit card bill and I end up doing that on my laptop instead. Ive reported issues in the past but it hasnt improved any.

App isn't responding, it frequently logs out and feel like I need to update it every time!

The app has many shortcomings. It does not have the ability to zoom in on merchandise. It"s necessay when you're accessing by phone. It has a weird swipe feature when viewing merchandise. There are only 2 view screens; a front and a back view. If you accidentally swipe right a second time, you'll end up on the menu page and lose your place and browsing filters. So frustrating! Additionally, there are no size charts. If you're a shooper like me, you know that measurements vary by manufacturer.

I keep getting emails telling me to use the app, so I tried again. Exact same issues I had a year ago that others are also describing. Read the comments and fix this! --------------- Complete failure. Half the time I open the app, it freezes. When I do manage to get in, there's nothing in there. I go to set up my account and it never sends to verifying email. It's a good idea with HORRIBLE execution.

Not very user friendly. The app is very slow to open, often taking several minutes to open. This is really frustrating when inside their stores and wanting to access rewards since they can't do it from their register checkout system. The app frequently freezes the phone while trying to open, requiring the phone be restarted to clear the app and regain use of phone. It's very frustrating.

App is horrible! It is tremendously difficult to sign in. Every month that I have tried to pay my bill the app doesn't recognize my password. I've recorded it each time with no success. So I reset it, problem is that the app also won't let you use your last 10 passwords. 10! Ten months, 10 new passwords! Nope. No more. I'm done. Closing the account.

Keeps closing so I can not pay my bill. Inconvenient, the only reason I downloaded it was to pay my bill. I'm going to delete the app, pay the card off, and close the account. I dont need the hastle for a couple of dollars off of a purchase. Not worth it. If I can use the card and have a working online option to manage and pay the bill, fine... but that's clearly not the case. Seems like I'll end up with late payments and uneccesay incurred fees. No thank you. App isn't worth the storage space.
