T-Mobile CallerTunes®

This app is a joke!!!! There are NO oldies on it. I have all kinds of songs on Music Box 3 that I love and I used to be able to make them rotate, several at a time, as ringbacks and my callers loved it! When I had my Note 3, I was able to do so many things, and easily, that I've never been able to do since. AND, it didn't cost $5 a month for only 2 songs! I'd gladly pay the money but only if it worked the way it used to and I could use my songs! COME ON Samsung/T-Mobile!!!

Lost ALL my callertunes! I had just renewed several in Nov-Dec and paid for credits which I now lost! I am very upset that this has happened!! It is Feb and still no songs in my library!!! I had SEVERAL songs I had paid for plus the fee T-Mobile charges me each month for this service in which I haven't been able to use for close to 4 months. This occurred when t-mobile walked me through a data re-set to clear a pop up I was constantly getting that said T-Mobile has stopped running. So upset!

I love it I have ring backs I want my caller to hear. I love the fact you can set it to drive mode and it will automatically message the caller that you will get back to them. You can also change it to let your callers know your at work and unable to answer but it still rings on your end just in case you want to take the call anyway....Great app and amazing quality ring back tones.

Audio quality on most of the selections are less than good quality. Not worth the monthly subscription nor the use of the service. Causes conflicts on Android with Google routines as well as do not disturb notifications. Premium sms is charged to users when sending out notifications to others even on the same network. A complete failure of an app and service.

🤷🏽‍♀️ use to pay 1 time the entire year for a song now, it's get 2 credited songs a month. Who thinks about that every month. I rather pay for what I want one time without the additional features that boost up the price that, I wont use like I am driving I am in the gym or at work. You cant put a specific time on there anyway just scan for the hours you will be there. it's not user friendly TO ME SO whatever I dont care about that I just want the calletunes. that's ok 1.99 is better.

Three stars because of the credit cost on top of the subscription fee. However, a side effect of the default ring "please wait while we connect your call" causes scammers to hangup and not call back, likely thinking it's a business. Worth the subscription due to that.

Why should one have to pay by the month for the Subscription & then have to pay for the music as well?Also need the option to find your own music selection. Some choices you have aren't ever going to be used. If not fixed, will Definitely unsubscribe.

The app would not allow me to use the service, stating it was no longer taking new suscriptions. A lot of my family use this app to play a specific song and I was hoping to join the tradition. I haven't been able to find any other service that provides a ringback feature.

I have had 30 crashes recently. It appears that that there is a third party app that Caller Tunes is allowing my personal information to be used. LOCATE, WHEN & Where I am driving. I am very upset about this, especially I pay $10- a month on my TMOBILE bill!!!!

this app was ok at first but now you look one month at the caller tunes and go back two,three or four months later to change your caller tune and it's the same music that was on there three months ago. If I pay for this service every month it should be new music added every month. I can't get all the service that I pay for. I like afro beats I can't even see any music in that category. Very upsetting please fix it

I think this app is the terrible. First they charge 5 a month and don't even roll over those next to worthless two credits they give you. The text to speech is awful. The small selection of default tunes never get updated. Lame lame lame. Don't waste your money. With my review, I hope I save someone else the headache and money. They don't even roll over two whole credits a month. That's flat out greed. I'm so happy now this mess is off my phone.

No Longer Supported. I always loved ringback tones with other carriers. Sadly seems like this is the end for such an awesome niche feature. I hope someone in leadership will decide to bring it back.

I have been with tmobile for since 1996. I used to be able record my personal voice greeting and then have songs play until I answered. on my plan it still says I'm charged 1.49 a month, now they wanted me to pay 5 dollars for a service that is NOT AT ALL like the original. I'm grandfathered in, EVERY MONTH for the last 3 months I have had to call t mobile to put back the orginal way. They did it. now today they said that they couldn't. they said it phased out???? They can do it, but won't 🤬

I Love this feature. Everyone loves hearing my tunes, and want to know what is Caller Tunes. I tell everyone and they want to buy. Please Keep offering caller Tunes, it is such a unique app. I will always keep my caller tune app on my phone.

It doesnt have any up to date music except for young people.I love R&B oldies and new ones as well as oldies Pop music. The music on the app is so outdated. There is no good r&b soul music artists on threre just the samd old onex from day one when Caller Tunes came out.

"Give your callers more than just a ring"... yeah for $5/month subscription. No way to try it with one song or for a limited time. The moment you launch it there are only two options - subscribe or exit.

$5/month for a horrible App and feature. the songs don't load. I've been with TMobile 16 years.... and have wasted an hour... no song. This app is so frustrating.... after 16 years...4 lines. I'm thinking about leaving.

MISLEADING. This app should CLEARLY post it's a $5/month fee. Once you download the app the splash screen is a $5/month subscription notification and you can't do anything else. Save people time and tell them upfront is ONLY A SUBSCRIPTION. It's NOT in app purchase where you can do other things but pay more for premium services. Companies are SO unethical now that they would rather have people like me get frustrated and complain so they can fish hook some people into signing up once there.

Works as is should. Nice way to make a statement through your music. I've had numerous wonderful compliments and not a single bad one yet. I've used this app for a few years now and enjoy it.

Doesn't work. Even though I'm on a Sprint plan, I do have a T-Mobile SIM card. I should still be able to access this app. Instead it never sends me the confirmation text to actually access the app.

Horrible! Just Horrible called T-MOBILE and they don't even know how to help me to get my callertunes to function on my phone. 7 Reps later! Thinking of switching 14 years later! Seriously!

I tried several times to get the pin code sent to my phone, and figuring it's busted i gave up. I'm hoping to eventually be able to check the app out as it seems like it would be worthwhile. Time will tell....

The older T-Mobile caller tunes what happened to it. It's much better , and it is so much user friendly & had hella old school tunes .

Caller Tunes was an excellent App. Recently attempted to utilize it and it tells me that it is sending me a "code" via text message which never arrives.

GARBAGE...They only have like 6 or 7 songs under each category and not any of them is something you want to use. Outdated. Currently searching for a better app.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS APP. I get to choose what song I want callers to hear. I change the songs all the time depending on mood, events, and special times.

App isn't working. Downloaded new songs and nobody that calls my phone is hearing any music. None of the new OR old songs. This is becoming a waste of money. Why am i paying for something that im not receiving?
