It works fine and does what it is supposed to do. I do, however, have a weird glitch that just started recently (maybe with an update) where the messages appear all out of order. I will send a text and get responses that appear before my text, and sometimes even have a timestamp that says it was sent before my original message. When I get 2 or 3 messages in response, those will also appear in random orders. So texting lately has been mostly just trying to decipher the order of text messages.

*UPDATED* Used to love this. Convenient. That convenience, however, is gone. Constantly signed out, therefore no text or call. Login again, or try to, and you're locked out. Login to TMO app (not sure why they don't use the same password apparently) change the password, then locked out for 24 hours with no option to reset again with the digits app. Passwords have to be changed every 30 days, or some nonsense. I will be closing my 2 digits numbers and my data lines. Next will be a port.

The coolest app. It allows you to have multiple phone numbers on a single phone as long as they're under the T-Mobile plan. (Edit after using). This app is absoluteSHEIT. You do not get texts to your alternate lines, although sometimes you do from several weeks ago. The occasional call comes through, but when compared to a separate phone, it's quite clearly one in every 10 or so. Please fix the app. Make it so that you actually receive texts. All of them would be preferred, some time that day

This app is a life-saver. I keep it on my current phone to allow me to use two phone numbers on one phone! User interface is easy. I also keep the app on an older cell as a back-up. When my current phone was on the fritz for 4 days, I used my old Galaxy 7, and had full access to both phone numbers (voice and text) without that phone being hooked into my T-Mobile account! All I needed was WiFi access. And you can install the app on your computer and use your phone accounts without a phone!

Every app that T-Mobile has is garbage. They're buggy beyond belief. They take forever to load well partly because my data is horrible even on 4 bars. It's never easy to navigate and the one consistency I hate the most about T-Mobile apps is if you need to go out of the app for any reason and then return the dang thing has to redo the screen again. This is the first app I've seen do this. WHY?

While it is convenient to be able to make and receive calls and texts on other devices, it does pose a security risk if somebody else gets a hold of your information. Also, sometimes you can use digits for two-factor authentication and sometimes not depending on which service it is. It's also pretty inconsistent as far as some calls showing up through digits and others not. My biggest issue is that I cannot seem to find a way to block unwanted spam calls and texts.

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I don't know if it's my phone or the app. A lot of times I won't get text and phone calls that is being sent to my primary phone number and not show up on my digits app, same going the other way when sending text to other people, which is the whole point of using digits.

Would give a "GOOSE EGG" if it was a viable option! I am not THAT tech savvy but I have no ability after countless hours of researching and learning about this DIGITS- FINALLY realized that I have it installed and programmed correctly BUT I am still not able to get hardly any messages or phone calls on the actual digits number..mostly everyone gets forced into voice-mail with no ringing and who knows where the messages go! NOT IMPRESSED in the tiniest of ways.

I used the "do not disturb" option to avoid calls while watching a movie on my phone (for some reason when i get a call while watching a movie the movie will keep playing with no sound for 5 minutes) when i went back to turn off "do not disturb" it would not reload and now i cant even open the app. Its been a hassle since ive gotten it 3 years ago and now im getting rid of it for good! And customer service was great, but could not help.

Not very intuitive. This app is like pulling teeth! I'm using it for my business. I can't keep business contact separate from personal because the app doesn't have a native address book. Connected my Microsoft account to the cloud using the web app, but changes made on the web do not translate back to the app on the phone, so cloud contact is still showing empty on my phone. Sprint Movius multiline app was much better and gave me the separation between business and personal. NOT IMPRESSED.

I got a new phone and I'm trying to sign into the app so I can my business number. It give me an error message saying "temporary sign in error, try again sometime"? It worked just fine on my older phone bit on my new phone, it's just crashing and i cant even sign in or close the app completely. All 611 did was file a ticket

It's a great app as a backup system when you lose your physical cell phone. But the problem is the technical people over at T-Mobile think that you are on your real phone. I've been trying to get reimbursed for not having services for on T-Mobile but they were under the impression because I was using digits that I was on the phone I was cleaning. I lost over in their eyes. They thought I was lying. I was without a phone for six to seven months and they had me pay those months

Terrible locks up I left my main phone at work and was relying on Digits, I missed a bunch of text messages (haven't gotten a text in 12 hours and I am not talking about iMessages! I restarted, checked for updates, etc. Obviously there is no budget for making this a first class product. Very disappointed in this service, FYI The PC app is pretty awful as well and constantly logs you out,

Quit working: after it became glitchy, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Now it won't even connect to digits. It just gives a loading message "connecting to digits" and won't connect no matter how long I wait. Yes I power cycled the phone 🙄 And I talked with technical support. They had ZERO idea what they were doing.

I originally went into T-Mobile expecting to open a brand new line l for work use only as I am a loan officer for small businesses, you can imagine the amount of calls I get on a daily basis at all hours of the day and night. I explained to the rep I just wanted to use my phone without customers boring me up 24/7. Their suggestion was to open a new account with a new phone, they made it seem like the only option. Now i have digits and use two numbers on one phone instead of paying for a new one

I use this app for business as I see many other customers do as well and I must say today has been a major inconvenience. Between the calling and attemps of trouble shooting over the phone, long hold and wait times just to still not have anything accomplished is very frustrating. I'm considering a new provider behind this. Potential clients, calls and business down the drain behind something I am paying for but when the bill is due payment is expected to be made.

Very few messages come through and the ones that do come through are the spam messages ... Calls that come through are rare as well ... The one star is just for the idea of the app .. implementation is pathetic !!

My experience has been horrible! There is NO real support for the App. T Mobile Techs aren't properly trained in troubleshooting issues. One Tech (Jeanette) asked my if I'd be interested in signing up for Auto Pay, which has nothing to do with anything. Since I've made the mistake of updating the App in my Play Store, I've been unable to sign back in. Was advised l had to add another phone number for an additional $10.00, unbelievable 😔👎... Best way to keep your same number in two different devices. Real life saver! Receives calls and messages simultaneously. You can call from your main phone (with SIM inserted) and from the other phone where DIGITS is installed (also write an SMS). What is the best part of it, even your messages will synchronize and you will see them in both devices. Hope it will be free lifetime. Kudos to developers!

To whom it may concern, This app isn't user friendly and I added this line as my business line but it's not functional! 1. I'm unable to block contacts! 2. Before this on my main mobile number, whenever customers called me, I saved their contact info including their address which was an active link guiding me to the address on my Google map. But on the digit line, I see the contact info unable to even copy past it! This is an incomplete application while I'm paying for it!

The app requires the use of data to function properly and frequently has to sign its self back in. I had to reset my T-mobile password the other day and doing so signed me out of digits. An error message then prevented me from signing back in to the app. Tmobile support got me back into the app, but all call and text history was deleted. I lost business conversations, things I needed for court records. The one thing people need with their phone is reliability, T-mobile customer for years...

Digits wouldnt connect and now does nothing but show 3 squares, unable to connect. I use for business and unable to use it at all at this point. I have uninstalled and installed and still not working. Mine has not been working properly almost a yr, keep calling digits dept, tmobile and same issue. S10

Not reliable. Sometimes crashes, and I have lost important data. Also, does not come up as a possible means of placing a call when selecting a phone number in other apps. This is poor design.

After talking to second level tech many times and running the installed Digits App successfully, the Digits App won't work thereafter. It won't initiate and establish connection as it did earlier. What a waste of time, money, and a real opportunity to use the technology properly.

Primative. I am surprised T-Mobile can't do better then this. I feel like a second number app would do better. This is my business line and at the moment it will not open. my clients are unable to reach me I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. I have restarted my phone and nothing. My business depends on this phone number. I am so sad and mad about this.

can't login and activate a line since 3/2/21. tmobile support says android app is broken as desktop app works fine. Called support but they didn't know why. Emailed Digits Support and they immediately knew why. There was a "Server Outage" and they fixed it within few days. I wish they have Status page that shows outages.

Digits stopped working randomly, logged me out and now whenever I try to re log in it gets stuck in a never ending loading screen with 3 squares. Tried force stopping, rebooting device, Uninstalling the app, waiting several days, using older working installs with no luck.

I try to receive text messages for verify means but never get them broke my main phone screen have to use this for time being til I can fix or buy a phone app needs a lot of bugs worked out I don't get all my calls either or voicemails had to call myself from another phone and had 3 voicemails phone never rang or told me I missed a call one was from my child's school he got sick they could not get ahold of me good thing they called his pap I found out afterwards VERY DISAPPOINTING
