I've had multiple phones unable to sign in to the app. S21+, s21, s10. It was no problem before, now it asks for your phone number to send a code, but the code never gets sent. Resend, and same result. We called customer service and they have no idea how to fix it, they've had several people call us but they don't understand why it doesn't send a message.
App itself is very buggy. On top of that I live less than a mile from the TMobile store, I was there 3 times within the hour of them opening the store and they said free items are gone. There was no line either. A year later and no change for the better. Also another issue, the puzzle games don't work properly in the Samsung browser
So I just got the message to apply and download this app. But when I clicked on the (solid bar) of positive feedback and then scrolled though the various icons, for most positive feedback. I don't see anymore positive feedback for anything new. Meaning the last positive comment was way back in early 2021 for 4 people. Then everything else is 2020 and older. Everything else is negative. I don't want to download anything that doesn't run correctly. Or steals my information Who needs that !!
Hey t-mobile. I used to like your app but what gives. Gone are the days when you could spin for a free gift card. At least then we actually had a chance at winning. Now it's just free trip there or a phone etc. Who actually wins this stuff. Also you only offer discounts on things I have no interest in or places no where near where I reside. Come on? Go back to how it used to be an I'll upgrade my rating. Was going to give only 1 star but I didn't want to be rude.
This Tuesday, I would be happy if TMobile would give me dl speeds over 0.60Mbps between 8am-8pm. I have 2 capable phones (iPhone and OnePlus), and both have 5g, but usually get 2g service.I cannot use apps at 4pm unless I have WiFi on. The biggest joke was trying TMobile 5g home internet and saw speeds slower than my phones. Once my phones are paid, I'm switching carriers.Won't miss TMobile Tuesdays one bit (mostly bc I can't get any apps to open during the day unless I'm on spectrums wifi)
Was good until now. Don't know what really happened. I use the shell offer to get 10 cents off of gas but now it only gets me 5 cents...even tho the description of the offer says 10 cents. This has been going on for a while I'm just now reviewing about it. App needs a serious overhaul. Sometimes I can't connect either and I have a clear and strong wifi and data connection.
It's fine, but it's rare deals are very useful. They used to have vudu credits occasionally, or would mail t-shirts. Now it's all companies I've never heard of, store pick up t-mobile stuff, that I'm not going to do in a pandemic. There are Shell discounts, which is fine if you still have a gas car, but not useful otherwise. Most weeks I look and do nothing :P
I go to my Tuesday Get Thanked. I'm told to put my number in to get started. Then it says to check my connection and refresh. I have been using this app for years with no issues and not having to put my number in for years. Can not get thanked if your app does not work anymore. I uninstalled and reinstall. Still does not work. I have a galaxy S22 so my phone is very up to date.
My app is stuck after a fresh install of the app and proceeding with getting started it displays "congrats your app configuration is saved. You can always revisit later if you want to make additional changes." And there's no arrows to go forward and back button just takes you to the Android Home. Galaxy S22
The offers used to be something to look forward to, now they are the exact same as those offered to everyone. This app is now mostly paid ads with no special benefit to TMobile customers. The TMobile travel offers are more expensive than simple Google searches or booking directly with the hotel/car rental. Other than Shell gas discounts, I can't remember any special TMobile customer offers with any actual savings or benefits.
No longer works on older models (Samsung s8+) I am prompted to type in my number and the I get notifications regarding a code to put in on the next page whereas instead of proceeding I get an error. This is also the 3rd time in the last 2 months. There were 2 brief weeks that the app did work in the past 2 months but that is no longer the story.
It's not what it used to be, i mainly used it for the fuel rewards, and occasionally some of the other perks. But not as much now gas prices are so high that saving 10 cents a gallon on 20 gallons cannot compete with Kroger's fuel rewards 10 cents a gallon on every 100$ spent on groceries. And not being limited to only 20 gallons. 10 cents off on $100 spent can add up very quickly. Easily get 40, 50 cents off and my truck holds 36 gallons
App was fine until today. Keeps saying I have connection issues whether I'm on mobile data or wifi. Has me try to sign in again but just keeps spinning and sending me endless text messages with codes to get in that I can't use since the app won't connect. All other apps on my device work perfectly. Uninstalled this app and reinstalled it, reset my phone. Still won't work.
Trash. App suddenly decided that I'm not logged in anymore and I need to enter my phone number. Enter my phone number, and I start getting text messages with the 4 digit code, over and over, rapid fire, until finally the app says there's a connection error. Then you submit your number again and get a bunch more texts and the same error. Over and over.
Unable to review any promotional deals because the app keeps buffering after I clicked on the Shell promo. Checked and no updates were needed, I uninstalled and reinstalled and still can't use app. I also noticed that the Shell offer is no longer in the weekly deals, I hope this doesn't mean that it won't be available after this week. If so I'll more than likely uninstall the app, I really don't use it for anything else and I've never win anything so eh.
You never win anything. For MetroPCS customers it always gives an error that your phone number isn't valid or valid for that prize winning option. It's a waste of time and phone space. The only good thing is the code for the free food at times but that's about it. Not worth even bothering to play the games to try and win because you never win anything. Nothing free is given how TMobile customers used to say before. What happened to the freebies. -_- once metro joined they stopped I guess.
This is the 3rd time I've downloaded a different app to take advantage of the tmobile tuesday deals and everytime i download the apps and properly followed the steps to redeem the the deal while having to purchase an item. The deal does not show up afterwards. Feels sort of scummy to me. I will not be taking advantage of these type of deals anymore.
Perhaps this app would be good for someone. But everything I checked required me to sign up for promotions from one other site, as well. It also forces me to agree to get more of a flood of promotional contacts. Neither of which do I want to have happen.. So, I do not recommend it.
Great app because I love free / discounted items. I always look forward to Tuesday because of this app! However, BE CAREFUL ENTERING RAFFLES AND DRAWINGS, their terms and conditions tell you they are allowed to give out your contact information. I have received many scam calls / texts because my information is being given out to random companies/strangers.
Haven't even been able to try the app yet. It keeps saying there is a problem with my connection (I tried my data and two wifi connections) and I get 3 texts right in a row every time I refresh. I really hope this gets fixed so I can use it! (Samsung Galaxy A32 user)
I would give this app a higher mark as i love the diacounts but every time they partner with Popeyes it just becomes frustrating as they never honor the coupons and the staff just gives me the run around, ive never been able to redeem and single one and the frustration has finally reached its peak.
Useless. Since installing on my new phone, the app asks me to log in, but it doesn't recognize any of my info. When I use "forgot my password," it says "looks like you're a Sprint customer," then sends me to install the Sprint app. All this after the app requests all kinds of permissions to gather info about my phone and me.
App not working since the last update. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but still not opening. It's stuck in the the "where your phone number" screen. I put in my number, then get back to back to back texts with different activation codes but the screen never progresses.
Used to be worth it. Perks have gone to the gutter from the first year. And I don't even think real people win the phone sweepstakes. It's just a hole through which gleam.io can ingest all your data. Update 3/29/22: Can't login now. Says connection error even when wifi and mobile data are fine. Private DNS off. App sends 2-3 verification texts so connection is working. App just won't read them or present screen to plug in the code. It times out and presents connection error every time.
