Lately the application is closing when I try to open it. Can't pause anything without the application closes after pressing play. If I wanna continue to watch something I have to play restart and would olay from the time I left it. If I press continue I get double playback. Can someone fix this??!!
total trash app, one for all: I don't understand why it cannot survive app multitasking during watching and starts again from scratch every time you switch to any other app and then back. come on, it's 21st century!!!
When I turn on the app I get error message "deviceType is required parameter". Nowhere on the internet does it say how to resolve. That's very disappointing from company as big as T-Mobile.
This is a big downgrade from ViaTV. Also on the set top box there is no way to select Original or English language. If it is not working by 15th March, I am cancelling my subscription.
Download it app and signed up for the account opened it and everything and change the the language to English and then it stated later that it was available for Europe.
If you offer English language as an option, why when it comes to financial and user critical options does the app drop English.
False advertising. Not an official Tmobile app. Not in English.

lags, infinite loading. Netflix, hbo works fine. but t mobile is super terrible. :edit : Thanks for reply. But yes, removed from cash, reinstalled, restarted multiple times. Especially the app is unreliable on TV. Works like in 40% of the time.
