T-Tag to Go

This is a useful app, and is quicker than checking the website. However I can't top up my account using it anymore, and have to keep using the website. It seems to be transmitting the credit card expiration date to the transaction processor as YY/MM instead of the correct MM/YY. It should be an easy fix, at which point I will adjust my rating. UPDATE: Problem fixed, back to 5 stars!

This app was timely and very helpful at the start. Initially, I had used it only to track my account balance. I later started to trust it and decided to add my card information and utilize the online top up feature. But since November 2019, this feature has continually failed. Multiple persons I notice have complained yet no resolve is seen yet. What a waste of a great and very handy app. I'm very disappointed.

This app which use to work like a dream is in dire need of an update! I've been unable to top up for the longest while, it displays "financial error". Logging into the account from a browser however works perfectly so the app is the issue. The app is now only useful to monitor account balances. **Update Working great again

When I first started using this app, it worked amazingly well. Extremely convenient and easy, then for the third time I tried to top up, I just could not because it takes forever to confirm. THIS IS THE WORST APP EVER!! What's the point of not being able to top-up. It felt so good in the beginning to stop using paymaster. Oh also customer care does not answer phones, so we are on our own with this dummy app!

I used to welcome this app and it was very convenient, however, for approximately 3 months, I have beenbunable to access the app and although I have reset my password several times and ha e received confirmation that the password was changed, I still cannot top up or access my balance. I also sent an email to report it and no one has replied nor contacted me. I tried as recently as this afternoon and got the same results. I uninstalled and reinstalled the App and same thing.

The only thing that works on this app is the downloading of it and seeing my balance. It has asked me to change my password and in trying to do that it spins until I get frustrated. I can't add a card to it. This is not working. The app needs to be fixed. I am at this over a month now. To make matters worst I am also unable to update my card on the website.

11 Nov 2021 App and web page not working for several weeks now. Very inconvenient. Hurry up and fix. 22 Sept 2020. I can't put in card information. Update quickly please. 24 Sept 2021 App still not working. Cannot put in card details. Fix it! Some screens are just loading headers. Been more than a few days now.

My ONLY negative observation is that it periodically forces me to change my password before logging on. WHY? I often use it (en route) to check my balance to determine which queue/line I should join at the toll booth. By the time I do recall & enter it, its too late!!! Either scrap the forced password change or give some warning!!

Very easy to add my account and top up frequently. I also able to keep track of usage and payments. I have had no issues with this app. It is a must have for frequent commuters on the toll rds for Spanish Town and Portmore.

Let me start off by stating that I couldn't even sign up using the application. It constantly asked me to agree to terms and conditions, the app won't even let me select I agree. In my personal experience the website was no better. When I try to create an account it told me no user with this card number exist. It has been over 48 hours and I'm still unable to use the app or the website to see any information on my account. This application has potential however it really needs some work.

I can't even sign up on the app. I am trying to agree to the Terms and Conditions and I don't see how to do that. I see the bar at the bottom but it only allows u to read the T&C and other information but It doesn't let u actually agree to anything. There is a white round button at the bottom right of the sign up page but it doesn't do anything and takes me to where u read the T&C.

The worst app that ever existed.From installation of this app I have never been able to use it.The app was temporarily down upon installation and when I subsequently revisited I was unable to login because I forgot the password.Password reset is of no use as it constantly ask you for some phrase and there is no option to enter same. I uploaded my data to be contacted & to date no contact.All calls to the office no response.Topup is nt allowed at certain hours at the toll How worse get toll get.

App is okay when it works., however getting support is rubbish. I have been unable to reset my password for 3 weeks now. I have sent multiple emails, i have called the office numbers and nobody is responding. When resetting password, it DOES NOT DISPLAY a security question, it only prompts me for a new password, when i enter the new password it then states "I have not answered the security question".

I have had many issues with this App, but I am hoping that there will be more improvements in the future. When it work, it WORKS and perform the set functions. My main concerns has been why cant the topup be processed in real time? Why is there this delay of up to 2 hours? Is this a backend issues or an issue with the banking platform used. Will there be in-App notification in the future? e.g. why can't there be In-App notification for the low balance alerts? Additionally - If I have multiple vehicle on my account, why can't I be allowed to monies between vehicles ?

Does this app even works? I've been trying for hours to sign up. When u fill it all information it keeps asking you to agree to terms and conditions. I select ok. Visit terms n conditions read and reread to see if I am missing anything select sign up only to be told again to agree to terms and conditions Which I cant appear to do through this app. Where else can I top up as the other platform that I've been using is not working for about 2 weeks now! HELP!

this app doesn't work... keeps saying incorrect credentials.... i changed my rating after the developers reached out to me.. turns out that i didn't follow the login steps.. after setting up my account, the app worked like a charm.... 5 stars straight.. keep up the good work

My experience with is app is very bad,logined in one and can't get back in because it keeps loading, when I was in I couldn't add money to the tag via the app I had to visit the toll windows, my be the app is great but the service sucks.

This app used to work very well up to maybe 3-4 months ago... I would have given this app a 5 stars at the time.. now I have been unable to even log in. Unable to utilize the convenience of the tag lane is very annoying. I have had to reverse from the tag lane on occasion because I have no visibility on my balances. I used to top online and now the prospect of lining up at Paymaster to top is daunting. Please fix this..

Refuses to log me in no matter how frequently I've taken the suggestion to reset the password. Refuses to let me try with a new account. Really wanted it to work but so far it's utterly useless. Open to suggestions for fixing this, otherwise bye bye

This App is a joke. No matter how many times I try to login, it never works. I have tried resetting my password and nothing happens!! Tried contacting customer service several times without success. There is simply no support. What's the sense?

so far the sign process was easy. I will return and update when I see how the app function. how do I delete a previous toll account from the app? Update: I change my phone and can't log Iin to my account because its say incorrect credentials. Think I'll just stop using this app

It was working well for few months then, all of a sudden everything stop working, cant see your balance, nothing really shows anymore. Its now Nov 17, 2021 and its still not working. Cant even log in now.

The app keeps closing. Does not connect to card and does not work. Need to get the data and need to use it to top up the cards. Please assist.

This is nonsense. I've been trying to register for the past 24hrs and all I'm getting is an error message. And not to mention the customer care representatives. This app deserves 0 stars!!!!!!!

I wanted to give this system a no star. I have been trying to sign up for the longest while and it keeps giving me information after I have finished signing up one part...then tells me invalid this...before taking me to the official site...then more invalid things...waste of my time!

This blasted app dont work. Just another waste of time thing in this country. Stressing you to agree with terms and conditions and they cant even make the button work. I had to give it a star just to write this review.

I'm seeing reviews of the terms and conditions button not working as far back as Oct 2020... fast fwd to Feb 2021 and the app still not allowing you to agree to the terms and condition. Thats almost 4 months. These people are not serious!

This app has failed. For months I have been trying to access despite resetting my password multiple times. I have now uninstalled it.

What is this? With the myriad of complaints that have now been posted, is there a plan to resolve the poor user experience. I can't even sign up because the radio button to accept the terms and conditions will not work. What are my other options to see my balance and topup online? Please respond ASAP.

App does not work since the last update of Android. Before the update I would have given a 4 star but now I can't as it is not working, you can't even sign in. Please fix
