Steups the app sucks. Payment section doesn't work. Doesn't have updated information.. just really poor and full of bugs. Updated: Not compatible with newer versions of Android. Can't open with s21+
The app was working fine up to end April 2021... not sure it's because there are more users as a result of lockdown. But none of the functions work right, including bill payments.. it takes yoj back to log in page all the time. I tried unistalling and reinstalling... same issues.
I cannot see any bills I only see the amount that need to be paid and the due dates, why??? I am not getting through with the app, only getting "wrong account number or invalid meter number" why is that?? The app used to work "ok" but idk what happened
App was working fine until recently. I'm getting a pop up about the app being designed for an older version of Android then it shuts down. Please fix asap
This app never works as it should. 9/10 times it doesnt even open, and when it does, the payment procedure doesn't load. Worst if you hope to download your bill. A government service that doesn't work, surprise surprise.
The app is a nightmare, plain and simple. I tried to login and it kept saying that I entered wrong infor. I wrote down all details when creating profile now to login again and can't.
Worse App ever. Impossible to Login!!!......Tried every conceivable recommendation and it just would not install!!.....Come on T&TEC, you can do much better especially during this COVID-19 time!!!
It appears the app can no longer work on the updated versions of Android.... Hopefully the app will be updated accordingly
This app worked very well for some months but now it keeps shutting down. I reinstalled it but it still happens. Hope they sort it out
Excellent app. But upon updating android about 3 weeks ago, the app has stopped working. Please look into this.
Good. But since phone was updated to Android 12. App stopped working. Needs to be updated to work with Android 12. Urgently!!!
Trying to register is very frustrating, keep indicating my Acc# is wrong. I entered it with the spacing, without, with dashes and without nothing seems to work.
The app sucks, it's not allowing me to submit any6, sends me back to the registration, it also said it's an older version and may not work on my device, so, how about upgrading so as facilitate newer devices, from what I see it's a 2016 app
Why is it that the last official update on this app is January 2017? Every time I open the app I get an big reminder that "this app was created for an older version of my OS and this may cause malfunctions". Please Developer, update asap. We are actually in the world of technology. SHAME ON YOU T&TEC.
Can't find any locations to log incidents, the meter number and account number don't save so I have to enter them everytime I want to check my bill and the gui doesn't register touches sometimes
1 star for the idea of the app. This app needs to be updated, to properly facilitate users and the latest software most mobiles are running on.... Then walah! Problem solved... Maybe even gain a couple 💫💫💫
this app is not accurate in the balance section of the bill eg if your account have additional credits beyond what you owe T&tec it does not reflect same like ( -$00.00) please upgrade to reflect same
This app has worked efficiently in the past but of recent it keeps closing and I'm unable to access it. Please fix asap. 🙏🏽
excellent app. just used it for the first time and I have already made sure to spread the word on it. Response was amazing ! I am impressed.
This app needs to be updated..... Phone technology has advanced the app hasn't wich causes the app not to work

Not working properly...back button send you back to login, view bills not working...bad app...
Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Best to just call the office and get your balance
An incomplete application. Only works partially. Needs to be configured to be used in the latest Android OS. I can no longer see bills only summaries. Will have to switch back to paper bills. The creators should really make time to test their application in the live environment from time to time to be efficient and have application support. This "application" is sub standard at best.
