Bloody useless compared to the price of the hearing aids. Would have expected something a bit more discreet and user friendly. Forget it in slightly noisy situations, useless.
The volume doesn't increase nor decrease, the app just makes beep voice. You must improve this app, its convenient and very needy app. I hope there is update ASAP with resolved problem.

Worthless on Android. It's been more than 1 year since app was updated, considering all the negative comments about the app Starkey must have abandoned this app, they clearly don't want to make it useful to their users. Will look for a more caring company when I replace my HA.
Helpful for remotely controlled hearing aid. Sometimes program need bug fixing.

On my Samsung S6, lowering the system volume control at the recommendation of my hearing specialist actually lowers the volume on ALL MY APPLICATIONS.. This was driving me crazy.
It needs and actual volume control with numbers. It would also be better if you can see the other modes instead of swiping to get to it.
I agree with the rest of the people useless app this needs a better volume control makes me look like an idiot trying to set the volume or memory can't tell if the volume was up because couldn't tell the difference it felt low even when I tried to set up I can hear the device pairing with the phone but not difference with volume Please upgrade!
I used on a pair of used Starkey 2x and it worked perfect. I use two aids and adjusted individually and worked great. Took me 5 min.
Disappointing!! Very basic but it can be temperamental! My hearing aids don't always pick up what I'm trying to do! The app needs a good over haul! I agree with others a number volume would be helpful.
The volume feature had never worked making this a useless app
All it does is send a tone to the hearing aid, and nothing changes. Have not a clue how it's supposed to work and the help section doesn't. Çome on, I have these expensive aids and I have to go back to the audiologist for every little adjustment. It's a waste of my time and I need to adjust for different environments. Oticon next time.
