Very good app. Fairly easy to use. A little tedious if you fat finger user ID or Passcode. Locks you out too quickly and has no way to unlock other than changing Passcode. That's a bummer when you have worked hard to get a good Passcode. Also the instructions on taking picture of check when doing mobile deposit could be clearer.
App is decent. Only suggestion I have is the messaging section. I start typing a message to the institution and the app shuts down without even saving the information. I wish they would allow larger transfer amounts and larger check amounts per transaction and per month.
This app was too glitchy. I also found an account with a higher apy and and nicer app that doesn't glitch out. Thanks to this sub par mobile app I opened a different account and took my business elsewhere. Really inefficient and frustrating with multiple error messages and the screen completely blanking and blacking out. Unacceptable.
Almost never works properly. Buttons become inactive. App crashes or freezes up 4/5 times I've tried to use it over the last 2 months since I first installed it. Waste of space on my phone.
The app is unusable since update last year, the log in screen is blank. Others have mentioned the same an its been over 2 months now with no fix. As for the bank itself, disappointed that their interest rate has gone from one of the best to now is the same or even less than many others. So, combine a non working app and interest rates lower than others, equals reasons to leave money in their hands as few.
Interest rate used to be 4% upto 50K and in just over a year it went down to 1% upto 25K for now reason while the DOW is at record high...and so that is the reason I have decided to leave this bank this coming month. Interface is good in the app and they have been helpful when I needed it so I will give the bank that.
The bank itself continues to lose any reason to bank with them. Used to be 4% on 50k, now we're down to 1% on 25k. Just like PayPal, I imagine they'll eventually offer no interest rate. Nothing about the bank or their app makes them standout compared to a Chase Bank except their interest rate which is quickly becoming a non factor.
this ppace didnt want to accept a check that was a good check from Shop Smarter. which is a direct competitor to EBates. and the fraud department closed my account without any warning. the support isncrapoy to say the least. they dint have anyone after "their business hours". so if you need help. good luckck and they are in Mountain Time. so makes for awkward timing to try and call. if you forget your password. you will be locked out and have to go through ridiculous steps to get in.
Very mediocre app with very little information and interaction. Often errors show up that do not correlate to what you are doing. Must improve
App used to work great. But I haven't been able to to use it for the last month. I literally have to uninstall it and reinstall it for it to work once. Then, I get a blank white screen after the first login. Fix it!!
Very disappointed!!! No opinion to make my loan payment. I tried sending a message from the App and it logged me out for inactivity while I was typing the message. Useless!!!!!!!
This the best bank EVER ! Especially if you're a TRUCK driver, they understand us ! I've been with this bank for years, son after they opened and have never had a problem ! LOVE THIS BANK !!! Great bank!
So far so good. Still new to TAB Bank family so cannot still fully judge the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall operation of the app. But like i said so far so good
We have been extremely pleased with TAB Bank. The interest rate is so much better than what we were earning elsewhere. The mobile app is great for making deposits.
I've been a customer for 10 years they are amazing I've learned so much from TAB! I was asked to rate again and can't say much more about them other than thank you TAB for all ya'll have done for me! I really appreciate my Bank!

Im all about security but for someone that gets hacked all the time 6 different passcodes obviously doesnt keep our accounts safe.
App works well. Bank can be frustrating at times. Still recommend

So far it has been a wonderful bank for me! Customer service is great as well.
Disappointing app. Initial setup was easy but from there it became useless. I connected my Chase accounts but the sync never synced. All day I've been trying to sync and it just keeps saying "Momentarily not working". And I can't transfer any money to my TAB account because apparently there isn't any "eligible" accounts. Not sure if that's because it can't sync or what. Very annoying and not worth my time. Doubt I'll be using this account if their app doesn't even work.
