free, no limit to workout numbers to save, fully personalizable. No manual found, to save complex type of circuits (ex: different sets of exercize in same circuit, each with different repetitions and rest time) is needed to make some tests, but is not so difficult.

Excellent customizability. Does not interrupt my music player. Activates when screen is off (other apps don't do this for me). Vibrate only option . Love it.
Intuitive, straight forward. I really really miss night mode. With night mode (black background) I would immediately bump up to 5 stars
Nice to have: disable journal, able to set different sound for each stage.
This is my new go to app for interval training. After they added Bluetooth speaker support to the app it's perfect. Now if they could integrate with Garmin connect an MyFitnessPal this would be the best app on the market.
Great app. Love the speech synthesizer option. Would be great if it would pronounce lap number. The only slightly annoying thing is journaling feature. Would be great if it could be disabled. Dev, thanks for the great app.

Great and versatile timer. Price can't be beat! Sounds now configurable! Would love to be able to way to disable the workout journal, and the ability to re-order timers.

The best interval timer app among many others. You really can create workouts of any complexity and it has a split stopwatch for every interval, a unique feature that no app, i tried, had it. Definitely worth a try!!

Excellent aplication, the desing allows me to focus on training, the notifications allow me to leave it in the background and change music without disrupting the timer or the need to constantly check the phone and best of all, it's easy to make my own routines and i can also download aditional premade ones, i'm not sure if it's only going to be aproved ones or anyone will be able to upload ther own but still is a great feature.

It works great as a HIIT timer, so I'm giving you five stars. But what I was hoping for was a way to set up my own exercise routine and have the text-to-speech voice let me know which exercise was coming up next. But all I can get it to do is list the exercises I planned on doing at the very end when the timer just keeps running.

I would strongly recommend installing it. • It allows you to make unlimited workout routines/sets. • Unlike a lot of other timers which only show the time interval, this app lets you add the name of the exercise you want to work out on. • Easy to customise the intervals according to your preference.
