WHAT IS TABATA?
Tabata Training began in the mid 1990's. Japanese fitness researcher Dr Izumi Tabata created a H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) workout using this very method. Dr Tabata proved the method to draw heavily from both the aerobic and anaerobic systems, unlike most traditional workouts, which tend heavily favor one or the other.
The 4 minute Tabata Interval has gained a lot of recognition throughout the CrossFit community, running community, and health clubs across the globe, for its versatility, adaptability, and positive results.
The Tabata Interval Method has proven to maximize VO2 max, while also building endurance, burning fat, and retaining muscle. Though the Tabata was not originally designed as a fat loss or weight loss program, it has gained a lot of recent attention as a result of its physical impacts on users.

It's an alright workout app. A little deceptive that once you PAY for the app you have to pay 8x's more to unlock the full song library. The app would vastly be improved with a shuffle button. And I'm only rating because it would NOT stop pestering me about giving it a rating.
Basically a timer to help you do your tabata workout or any workout requiring timer. Simple to use, easy to set and I like the musics it offers. For ads issues, just put your mobile phone on flight mode to prevent interruptions. Hope new music updates are coming through with more boost 😁
Good music most of the apps I found have no music. I would have rated much higher if it had the option to customize your rounds. Crossfit doesnt always use the standard rounds.
Works fantastic, music and countdowns are great, no loud whistles. Love the display with a green indicator for 20s "on" and red indicator for 10s "off"
Would've give negative if possible, it just DON'T WORK. Kept crashing everytime I tried to use. Even after paying for the app and the songs. Now the money I paid is gone and I got nothing.
This works great and can play my own music in the background. Wish you could make it repeat without having to restart but still like it.
I just bought the application, installed it and did not work. Touched the play icon and nothing hapened. Try a few times. One plus pro phone. Any idea? Will buy again if there is a solution
It is a good App. There are songs on YouTube from Spotify that are not available on the App. When will the list of ever Expanding Songs..... Expand??
Really very good app for a well determined workout at home... especially the musics for workout(of our own choice) keeps us enthusiastic throughout the session
Pretty good app if you do tabatas, the songs tell are actually very good and they tell you when to stop and start each exercise

Very good although starting the next song needs to be done manually... no play through options ? Maybe I am wrong but I can seem to find it.
App constantly failed to work, despite paying not only for the app and all the songs.. Refund received for the app (89p) but not the song (£4.95) so not only do I not have the app but I'm out of pocket..
The software is amazing..I paid for the full version. but, it's horrible being notified ALL THE F... TIME asking for some review. so, take your DAMM review and STOP to boring me with that request.
Change to a new phone and using the SAME account but my purchase was not registered... And now I am stuck with the free version with limited songs.... Money spent gone.
Been using Tabata Songs for quite a while now. The app is an easy/ functional way to have and use Tabata Songs anywhere.
Some songs are on screenshots of app in play store, but not available in the app even with full song list purchased. Why is that?
Great one and used for home cardio exercises.as well as conditioning workout also.its the best one i never used before.its sooo help full to all even advanced levels also i loved it
I love that i dont need to look at my stopwatch since there is a voice to notify me about time. And the music is nice to help beginner set our pace

Four star coz noth every music is unlocked and have to pay inspire of actually paying for the app once that is changed its a 5 star app
Not lots to chose from. After update, my favorite tune was gone. Not worth the money inpaid.
if you want to unlock all the song you have to purchase again. And you can't edit the round.
Really good app, and super simple to use in general. (start app and press play to workout with the default song). Good selection of included music. My only complaint is a bit of a nit pick... you need to go into the "terms and conditions" link to get extra features like the leader boards, info on Tabata, and more. I almost didn't know there were extra features until I went there expecting to only see the terms. Also just a tip for the developers, the app icon needs to be jazzed up a bit... this good app is easily passed by even when you search for "Tabata Songs". Anyway, great job and I look forward to future updates. :)
