High-intensity interval training (HIIT), also called high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE) or sprint interval training (SIT), is a form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. some great features, some features that need a bit of work. Export functionality should not rely on bluetooth, but allow file backup and restore. app crashed once while working out. that was bummer. Circle graphs don't sync with time selected.

Best sport timer I found, does all I need. Make sets, combine them into workouts. It does text to speech for the excersises AND works flawless with my Polar heart rate sensor.

Really good app with nice UX/UI and configuration options! The only thing I can’t handle now is rest breaks between sets. I am trying to configure my simple workout: I should do 3 sets with 1 minute rest in between, like this: (set-1) [rest] (set-2) [rest] (set-3). Each set consists of six 10-second reps with 30 second rest in between, like this: (rep-1) [rest] (rep-2) [rest] (rep-3) [rest] (rep-4) [rest] (rep-5) [rest] (rep-6). At first, it looks really easy as the app already has a concept of sets/reps in its mind, great. However, the app adds another one rest interval to the end of each set: (rep-1) [rest] (rep-2) [rest] (rep-3) [rest] (rep-4) [rest] (rep-5) [rest] (rep-6) [rest]. And now I have 90 seconds of rest between sets (instead of 60 seconds). As well as unnecessary 30 seconds of rest after the very last rep. Can anyone help me with this? Perhaps I did not notice some settings. Or maybe I am misunderstanding the concept of the app.

For me missing counting seconds more than 30, also missing counting for exmp every second or third , fourth and so second. First four seconds in ticks are not exact, it bothering..

Totally unusable with my Amazfit Stratos Watch. Support don't response. Wish I can refund. Update: Already installed the current Version: 1.82.88 still doesn't work. ROM version of my Stratos was also updated to Version: 2.3.10.5 hoping this time maybe it will work but still no positive result.

I had to uninstall the app! Every time I used it my phone shuts down, i have Samsung s9, the phone totally turns off once I push on start. I don't recommend it
