TABC: Compliance Reporting
TABC: Compliance Reporting allows users to quickly meet the requirements of the law from the convenience of a mobile device instead of going through a lengthy on-site inspection with a TABC auditor.
Users will complete a report for their business by answering a series of questions based on their license or permit type. Users will also be asked to submit pictures of their printed TABC license/permit, required signage, and other subjects using their mobile device’s camera.
The TABC: Compliance Reporting application requires 30 megabytes of memory on the user’s device. The application requires the user to enable location services and the camera feature on their device. The user’s mobile device must have cellular service or a Wi-Fi connection to transmit the report. Use of Wi-Fi is highly recommended to ensure accuracy of the location services.
All users must register or be designated through the registration portal in order to use the TABC: Compliance Reporting application. The TABC will provide current license/permit holders with a web link to the registration portal.

Crashes at First Picture Upload. I had to use my iPad to do this because the android app is incredibly unstable. It locks up constantly and won't get through the first picture upload. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no progress.
Had to have this app for my job. Today it popped up a notification that I had delinquent compliance reports. I opened the notification and logged in and was instantly redirected to a virus and malware was I stalled on my phone. I am still trying to get it off.
Crashes at first picture I have tried this app on multiple Android phones, an S10 and A51, with the same result. It crashes on the first picture which is at the very beginning of the reporting.
Overly complicated. You have to jump through various hoops just to login. This has more asinine security features than my bank login. You're better off waiting for a manual inspection.
This app is very unreliable. It constantly kicks you out during the log in process. So far to complete reports I have to reinstall every time I start one.
I have never written a review for an app my entire life of having a smart phone. But this app was so broken and such a piece of human crab. I had to say something so hopefully the idiots at TABC would see this and so something about it. Never have I wanted to launch my phone into a ditch and never have I dealt with such a broken app my entire life. Get your head out of your rear or get rid of this app completely. I hope whoever made this app has an absolute horrible day.
It is horrible!!! Can't start a report and haven't been able for 4 months. It keeps on asking me to enable internet which is enabled. It kicks me out of the app.
Horrible app. It will not send the code to my email so I can log on. Im able to receive a code quickly when I do it online but not through the app.
Crashes every time in initial step. Tried reinstalling several times and allowing all permissions. Unworkable
Kept crashing while trying to get it set up and now that I'm trying to do the report it won't even open. Immediately crashes
Ridiculously full of bugs. Now cant even log in, says my email address does not exist! If you are going to shift your auditors work on the consumer atleast make sure your app works.

Can't get the app to download....and after reading all of the numerous bad reviews on this app, i wouldn't want to install this on my device.
Tried doing my compliance report, and it simply hung up and would not move to the next page. Why do we have to use a phone to do reporting?

Cant login. It is almost impossible to login let alone keep the app open for more than 5 seconds without crashing. It does not send a confirmation email with a code unless you do it directly from the website which would be fine if you aren't needing to get into the app which you have to according to TABC to reapply. Please fix this app if you're making businesses use it to reapply for licensing. Only plus is no one will ever break into your account because you wont even be able to login yourself
