Tabiko - Travel Live Video

Good app for people out of county travelling for the first time to japan. But in the past you would pay one reservation at a time at a set price for each reservation. You could also tip the employees that were helping you. i didnt mind the $6 charge to help out someone. Then their policy switched to free reservations, but highly encouraged to tip. Obviously I would tip the $8 or what ever. But after the 3rd $30 a month or 285yr policy change I kinda had enough. but good service.

Absolutely first class service! Took me weeks to research rail passes and accommodation and I still got nowhere near confident that I understood the system. Mika assisted and gave me the answers I sought and recommended accommodations and attractions for consideration. I even gave up on one attraction thinking the ticket was sold out. Mika guided me to a link and explained the reservation to me. That was absolutely priceless. I highly recommend this app for planning your trip to Japan. I'll be making reservations via Tabiko in the next few days. You can be confident when you are guided by a local!

The staff are incredibly helpful and respsonsive. They were able to guide us on a number of topics. Most importantly, they were able to get us reservations at a restaurant that is known to be hard to get into! (This was at a nominal surcharge that the app charges to fund itself - which we were more than happy to pay to get this reservation). This reservation service is particularly helpful for non Japanese speaking tourists as some restaurants do not have English speaking staff.

very friendly support 👌 and excellent suggestions. one big issue issue i had is not having push notifications. if i received a message from a local guide, i won't know unless i open the app. wish theres is so i can keep up with the flow! solid service overall, will update when i finish booking my travel info!

This is a must have app for Japan! The people that help answer your questions are nothing short of amazing. They called the our hotel to help book seats on a bus shuttle and to reserve a slot for a private onsen. This was on the day of going to that hotel, and JR trains were delayed due to typhoon Trami. Definitely worth trying this app.

Best concierge app ever, you need this to make a pleasant trip in Japan Mika always happy to assist me with the best excellent service I've never experiences from other companies. Only one problem I have with my Galaxy S7 edge is that the notification is not working, please fix it.

This app is God-send. They reply almost immediately during their online hours, and they never fail to reply first thing in the morning if you sent a message when they're offline. You chat with real people so they can really help you tremendously in your planning and during your trip. Will definitely recommend this app. We have an upcoming trip to Japan and I have no worries because of this. Thank you so much!!!

Absolutely Wonderful! This app helped me not only reserve restaurant reservations but also buy concert tickets to see Eric Clapton that only could be bought with a Japanese credit card. This app was awesome. They do provide personally phone booking for your restaurant, hotel, transportation and recommendation of travel tips in Japan where save me a lot of time. Personally recommended to find Customer Representative namely Pon who is duty on day time. He is so kind and helpful.

This app is amazing as you can chat with the locals, live. Their responses are quick too. It's like you are chatting with your friends in japan. This is so helpful for the first timers going to japan.

What a surprise Tabiko turned out to be. I didn't expect the responsiveness to be so fast, and so far nothing came across to me as Sales-led travel advice. Unbelievably responsive! I just downloaded the app and within 10 minutes, Jessie reached out to welcome me. I asked a question, and within minutes Jessie had recommendations! Great experience so far. I wish I found this app sooner!

I'm asking a question ... they did find a good answer ... but then they start begging for stars ... and stars mean money ... so, basically, they try to chat with you to sell you information ... well ... maybe it's a business and some of you agree with it ... I don't, and I don't enjoy not being warned from the start.

I had to book an overnight train which requires in-person purchase from the JR station offices, Tabiko was able to help, thumbs up big time.

This is the best travel assistance app so far and the agents are damn helpful, no matter how much time you ask them questions, they are there to answer each of of your questions.
