Works fine, no lag, simple and direct mechanics. The controls are a bit clunky though, it's very hard to rotate the camera for example, but once rotated it can be saved for future uses so that's hardly a problem. There are a few problems I noticed during a solo session of Roll Player: I couldn't figure a way to move entire stacks of objects; stacking small objects is difficult; and there are no means to send feedback of any kind to the platform developers or the game's creator.

It seems to work mostly okay, but the "Your turn" at the beginning of a game doesn't go away, and I'm pretty sure this is also causing there to be a black filter over the whole screen that darkens everything. I'm sure if I could remove the text, this would also go away, but it's just always there. When the second player goes, their "your turn" goes away, while the first players just remains on screen permanently. It's pretty annoying.

Looks beautiful, but offers very few games in this app version, and rarely works. Freezes often, and the controls are not great for mobile devices. If this app could be fixed I would love it, even with the limited game selection. Most games will not work on my older tablet (never fully loads or crashes), but random things will still freeze the games on my brand new phone with the newest Android OS and plenty of memory free (such as looking at the rules).

Having a mobile device, tabletopia seemed to be the best option vs carrying your board game everywhere. But the app is not great and I can't recommend this to anyone. The 3 main flaws are as follows: (1) No cross compatibility. You and your friends need to have the app. No steam or web browser can join. (2) Rules link don't work or load (3) App freezes a lot, some games won't load, scrolling freezes. It just is not worth the effort.

The app has a nice variety games and it looks nice. The in game ui seems to work well enough. But so many things won't scroll, which makes most of the app unusable. Sometimes I can get the main games page to scroll but for the most part it doesn't. The rules pages don't scroll either. The games look fun but they're not super common so I don't know how to play any of them, which makes the rules necessary, especially if I'm going to teach others so that we can play hotseat.

Nice but buggy. No ability to directly save game state - supposed to happen automatically, but on several occasions this hasn't happened and lots of progress lost. Selection is sometimes offset from where I touch. Does not contain complete selection of games available online.

Love this app. Only played a few games but they all work fine. Don't know why some people are fussing, for what their getting. I can now play games with my twin, whom I haven't seen for years. Just wanted to mention, in Santorini, if your table is rotated and you try to place any piece on top of the base block, the pieces do not automatically orientate themselves correctly, and you can't seem to do so manually. I've been getting round this so far by first placing upper blocks on the board.

It works pretty well, but the button to toggle click & drag is nearly impossible to hit because it's halfway under the camera movement controls on the Note 9. Edit: The issue has been fixed in the most recent update. Changing to 5 stars.

Total trash. Only looked into this over Table Table and it Top Simular due to mobile support, but won't be bothering after initial trial. Initial issues that are total show stoppers If you use sign in with Steam to create your account and subscription, then you will not be able to sign into the mobile app If you create a table, there appears to be no way of joining the table from the app, no where to enter the table ID etc It's slow, oh my is it slow. The app barely works at all

I wanted to give Tabletopia a try because it was available on a browser or on a tablet...since I really don't want to have to deal with booting up my Windows partition anytime soon on my Linux Mint notebook. Also, I was happy to see that the games that were offered on Tabletopia were supported by the publisher! I think a very nice way to allow people to test out games they'd like to purchase physical copies of in the future! Tried playing a solo game of My Little Scythe, and it would keep kicking me out after I set up the board to play. My tablet showed that the app was still running, but I had no way to get back into my game aside from scrolling all the way down to the game I wanted to play and restart it. I hope that the creators will give the Android port better support in the future, so I will be hoping to revisit this app at a later time so I can play remotely with my friends!

A lot of potential, but some issues bringing it down: 1) No tutorial showing how to use the app. Still dont know what several buttons do. 2) Dice are a problem. Changing pip value after roll is a pain. No pips at all in Near and Far. 3) Small texts are illegible. Cant play Clans of Caledonia because you cant make out the hex costs.

The graphics look great, the controls are horrible.. not possible to use on mobile. 2 stars only because it looks great. this is worse than controlling a desktop page on mobile. If they work on improving this, then i can increase the rating.

Crashes continuously to the point I couldn't get through 2 turns without app crashing. No way to return to in progress hot seat game either, so get just into play then gone. Great functionality, small range of great games, but unplayable due to crashes- huge shame!! Please fix!!

Does not work, can sign in on browser(which it doesn't support for gaming) same sign in fails in app. Guest mode never works, just unknown error. It has not taken off on android because it does not work. Using recent Samsung Galaxy 10" Tab so shouldn't be an issue.

i personaly do not like this app set up. it is confusing to understand, and even once understood, it is hard to play. the games require you to be the rule maker and keeper, it is your job to make sure it is played correclty. this makes it extremely hard if your trying to learn a new game. or, even if it is a game you are familiar eith, there is no enforcing of the rules. you can pick up what ever you want and just throw it around the board.

No tutorial, can't understand well rules, needs tutorial vs an AI player to understand what's rules, function, objectives, I know there's rules icon but tutorials is a must. Lags a lot even with my Motorola Z3 play. Heck it could have potential and be on par with PC version

Haven't actually used it to play games yet. The click noise is incredibly loud, irritating and completely unable to be shut off. My entire use of this app has been to try to figure out how to turn the damned noise off.

I normally wouldn't give such a low score for something like this, but looking at other reviews, it's obvious that the "your turn" bug has been around for months and the devs simply don't care to fix it. This applies to many other issues in the app. In its current state, this app is a waste of everyone's time.

Game browsing is broken on my Asus Zenpad 10. I browse the games and can scroll find when I first open the app. After selecting a game and then backing out to the list again I cannot scroll down any more. I have to quit and go back in. Please fix.

Can't login. I've reset my password and it still will not work

A. G. u. Mar 18, 2019

Can't play anything! Every game selection loads to 50% then hangs. Glad I didn't pay for it. EDIT: After developer response I found games would start up. I have raised from 1 to 3 stars and will come back and edit again. if warranted, after I use the app more.

A. G. u. Jul 27, 2019

fun but buggy. the "your turn" logo is stuck on the screen. so super annoying. some buttons dont work some of the time. also get duplicate ui stuff when clicking end turn.

great ! I am playing Super fantasy brawl on the compter and would be even better on the tablet. but it is planting on two different devices when trying to move a character ! hope it will be fixed soon ! cheers

Tricky to move and manage any of the game components, but most importantly closes at random moments and doesn't save any progress Tabletop Simulator is just better don't bother with this joke.
