TabletShablet: Online Health Care Shopping

I made a purchase today. Its been 4-5 hours. The money is already being debited from my account but they have still not processed the order. No cod was available. When i am trying to call them, their numbers goes out of service all the time. Also the amount debited was more than the amount mentioned in the order details. I don't know what to do. I think its a fake app.

The experience was very worst...I ordered a medicine just 10 mins ago and I remember I need to order more things and want to cancel the order but I wasn't able to track my order nor to cancel it...It was showing that my order no is invalid....very worst experience...I shouldn't recommend you to download this app neither order something through it!!.....this platform is not able to get even 1 star 😏😏..... Google should ban this application 😬

One of the worst app, seems their purpose is only to collect your personal data. I had placed an order which was confirmed by them too. Later they have neither inform delivery status nor they bothered to respond to my follow up Be cautious

Important items are missing when I received the order. It took almost 3 weeks to deliver. Missing items were not tick marked in the bill. Still they were sending the emails with those items. Their customer care is not picking calls. Email reply comes after two days. Will update here.

This app is really user friendly and easy to navigate through. Unlike other apps, I had no difficulty finding products because of their top of the view categories. Loved it and will keep exploring.

Horrible. After making an order for close to Rs.500, a phone call came that I have to pay extra, as they had shown low prices in the app. I refused, and they cancelled the order. Even after 3 weeks and repeated reminders, no refund is forthcoming. Atrocious.

I have a very pleasant experience after having installed this app. It works very well. Display of products is very nice. Discounts are good. Suggestion : Cash credited should have longer life of expiry instead of only just 3days ! which will enable the customer to buy the medicines. I highly recommend guys to install it

It's more than a week, no progress on prepaid order. I am little worried. Thought this platform shows PayPal as payment method but it was not available in payment option.. another red sign for me Update: money still not refunded, called helpline, wrote to cc Avenue, no help. Site is fraud. Order id 52975. Now paypal removed due to rising frauds

Worst experience ever.. I have ordered on their website.. I have prepaid the amount as there is discont on pre paying the amount.. I didn't get any confirmation msg on my number.. Bt i have paid through amazon pay so there i get the order id.. I m trying to track the order but the site shows no order found..they are absolutely froud.. Don't buy any thing from them.. I have lost my money n there is no hope for refund as they shows no order found. . Don't go with the rating..

I bought an o2 can from them in last week of april which they were unable to deliver and had to cancel the order after 4-5 days since then it's been more than a month but they are unable to process the refund. They keep on sending "We really sorry a note from the founder" email and that it will take another not 4-5 working days but 7-8 working days and now its more than a month, I highly recommend everyone not to buy from them because they are terrible at their service.

It was my first order via TabletShablet app, though I had purchased through them previously via portal. The user experience is exceptionally great though I personally feel the UI could get more appealing.

They are scamming people. You pay for something and never get the product. And when u cancel the order, you never get the refund.

Good customer service.. This website was recommended to me by a friend. I had placed an order and had issue with delivery.. Pooja at customer service sorted it out. She was very polite and courteous.

Please do not buy anything from them. On 14/03/2022 I made a prepaid order and paid 1900 to them. After 4 days I received a message that the product is out of stock. Then I tried to Contact them through mail, messages or phone. I tried every possible way to reach them. After 6 days i received a mail for refund that it will be done within 7-8 days. It's been 11 days but i haven't received the refund. Now they have stopped responding my mails and calls.

The medicine facility in this company is very good and easy. Any type of medicines are easily available with reasonable discount. But home delivery takes a lot of time sometimes. I would urge all the respected workers of this company to show some more caution& response in getting the Home delivery done in the matter of medicines. Anyway, the service of this company is very good.

One line - TABLETSHABLET IS FRAUD AND CHEATER COMPANY. I ordered a product and got order confirmation. the amount was debited from my account and I'm not able to track my order and after downloading the app I used the same email which I used for ordering the product but the app is showing invalid email ID. Neither the order is showing in order history in application. Refund my money as i have paid twice.

Fraud...while selling they said delivery in 5-6 days after confirming pincode...even after 2 weeks no delivery. What bad..the tracking doesn't work..says.."item not found".. And what's worse, the customer care number is rarely picked up..and when they pick, they will say "our server is down..we will call you back"...and they will never call you back/ email you any status of your shipment..they will point blank say "we can't issue refund as product is shipped, where it is now we don't know.FRAUD

Products is very geniun & team is so supportive. This is my second time to shop from here. They are taking a feedback also. Good result at low price. 👍👍👍

One of the worst and pathetic app. Without notifying the user, they update the order and don't refund the amount in case of item goes out of stock and you already paid full amount. Worst customer care service. I have asked so many times for my refund but they don't reply. They are fraud. Use other apps like 1mg, netmed etc.

They are Scammers ...They will accept ur order even if it is out of stock and then deliver it with missing products And that is also very late ....And when u complain they asuure u for the refund ...but its about 2 months i have never recieved a single penny of my refund...Worst service!!

Never Buy Any Product It's a fake and fraud site .. Do not make any payment... I order a medicine and paid the amount after 84 days the site neither deliver my order nor return my money .. The given phone numbers did not work .. It's totally fraud don't use the site for any type of purchase ...

Very bad experience with this site. I ordered a medicine which was not available, they took order and after then cancelled the order. It's been 14 days since then, they didn't refund my amount. I am calling them again and again and they are extending the date and are not refunding my amount.

On cancellation, it showed amount refunded but no refund has actually been received. There has been no response to my mail (+follow up) regarding the same.

False messages and mail is coming that refund has been initiated but till now not received any amount. It is been more than 4-5 months since order has not been delivered and amount has not been refunded. Please do not get into trap of this company as they are fraud. They are doing fraud to the people who are serious & critical and require help in this time.

No message or mail when I cancel an order. phone is switched off which is mentioned on the apps' home page. It is been a week and refund is not done yet. Poor service...

Worst experience ever. This app is a SCAM. It tricks customers and never deliver any product and at the time of refund, it never refunds the amount even after several tweets on Twitter. You can guess the level of fraud it does. NEVER EVER DOWNLOAD THIS APPLICATION.

One of the worst ecommerce out there. Don't go for this app or website. Deliveries will be delayed which is ok but they will never cancel your order and refund your money. Even after one month, my order was not out for delivery and they are trying to force customers to take the product once delivery commitment is not met.
