Its a pretty good app. I love the point system. And it offers free stuff sometimes. I just have a few issues with it. One its weird to delete orders if you need to start over. And two not sure if I'm dumb or there's no option for it, it seems like there's no option to pay the drive thru. And seems to only accept card. Other than that it's a fine app.

The past three times I've tried to order food through the app, I've either gotten a too busy screen while I was going to use an in app reward and it suggested I use a different app, which costs more anyways. And now it's telling me that there's a "product group code error" even though everything is basic on the menu, some sauces, a classic combo, and a quesarito. If it has an issue with one of those it should let me know which and not just tell me to f off and give me no info on it. Disappointed

Great concept, but with a major flaw. The app keeps wanting me to reset my password. Yesterday I would reset password though the app and not 5 minutes later it would say "Time for an update" this kept happening over and over. After about 7 times in a row, I just went to the website. I uninstalled and reinstalled but now cannot log in at all... It's now to the point of being completely unusable. Nothing works anymore.

This app is a disaster. It glitches constantly, force quits, and has tons of errors. After messing with it for several minutes and finally finishing with the cart, it kept saying something went wrong when trying to take payment and there is no option to pay in person so I couldn't use my coupon. I'm so over trying to use this because I waste money every time.

First, I was unable to place a cash order which was stupid. Especially since there's some things I can only get on the app. The only options are debit/credit card or gift card. I decided that I would go purchase a gift card and just use that. Then, I put in my order and it was 4 $5 box meals. Price said $20.60 which would make sense with tax and all. But then when I went to put in payment info, price jumped to $25.01 inexplicably and it feels like super dishonest business.

The app works great until problems happen! Case in point, app is only way to redeem rewards. Unable to redeem in store. Minor annoyance. Major problem however, being unable to cancel an order if the restaurant "checks in". Had an incident tonight where I put in an order and pre-paid, including using a reward. Came into restaurant, 100% of order had to be modified since they were out of beef! Even "better", I placed a reward for a free drink. That store RAN OUT OF DRINKS. My first thought after all this was to just cancel the order, call it a day. Was told that because the restaurant "checked in" my order, that they could not fill as ordered, I COULD NOT CANCEL THE ORDER. Oh and past order button does not list my past orders.

The app will not let me log in. It just has the loading animation forever. If I put in the wrong password it says wrong password so it is clearly working. I use an email. (Edit) I managed to get it working. The app just breaks when you log out. The log in process just fails for any new user after the initial account creation. Going onto the website and resetting the password and unisntalling an reinstalling the app fixes it. The new user expeirience is broken. (Edit) No payments work.

The app works fine. But, good luck when they screw up your order like they are known to do. It's near impossible to get it refund/adjustment. You have to complete a long survey that says they will follow up if necessary. No one follows up. The store cannot help. The 800 number never gets answered. Or, 45 minutes on hold resulted in no answer. We had several missing items this time. And no resolution.

Got the app and ordered from home for pickup. 3 items. App said the food was ready. When I got there, staff did not have the order, and weren't super interested in figuring out why. Waited about 40 minutes for them to acknowledge the order was either gone or misplaced. They then made my three item order in under 2 minutes. Did get a free Doritos taco. Hopefully my experience is an anomaly.

A junk app written by amateurs who don't seem prepared for the job. Sometimes it works, most of the time it's a coin flip between 'oops! Something went wrong on our end, try again later!' or 'too busy!' with a 5 minute timer locking the app before you can try again. Please replace whatever son/daughter of an exec is being paid to handle this app to pad their resume, and put some actual professionals on the job.

I use every fast food app there is. I don't like talking to people. This one is the most straightforward, most functional, gives you the most customization options, and gives the most worthwhile rewards out of any of them. You can modify or cancel an order at any time with no hassle, and the only time I've ever had a problem using it is one time the people in store accidentally gave my order to the wrong person. Altogether the best fast food app unequivocally.

Love Taco Bell and the food but the app crashes about every 2 weeks and I have to Uninstall/reinstall the app the continue. I update whenever it needs it but it still stops working. I click the app, goes to the home page as usual but if I try to click menu or rewards, it just stops and thinks. I've waited for almost 20 minutes before with nothing. Now I just go straight to the app store.

I haven't been able to order in over a year. It tells me that I need to switch my payment method. I have. I switched phones. I switched operating systems. I tried different payment methods. I tried literally everything other than buying gift cards to redeem on the app. This app is garbage and I just want to order some food.

This is probably one of the cleanest fast food apps I've used. There are occasional hiccups with bugs or ill-communicated store closings, but on the whole it's a good experience. In terms of constructive feedback, one thing I would love to see added is an option to adjust the amount of ice you get with your drink. A few other apps, like the Burger King one, have this feature and it saves time and frustration for both the customer and employees. Personally I prefer no ice with soft drinks.

The app was easy to use but I gave it 2 stars because it gave me the option to pick up my order at Drive Thru OR inside the restaurant. I chose to pick up inside. When I got to the restaurant, the inside was closed and drive thru was my only option. I only have a 30 minute lunch break which I had to spend in the drive thru bc I didn't have the option to cancel my order. I had already paid or would have just left and gone somewhere else.

Ordering on line took too long. Would prefer to just place the order at the restaurant but this offer was app exclusive. We paid with gift card and then finished with a credit card, but there was a delay getting the credit card to allow me to submit. We would prefer an option to pay at the store. Also we couldn't find an option to get a senior discount.

The app is good apart from not being able to select my favorites. The app kicks me out each time and says something went wrong. Also, I submitted an order for in store pick up since it was available and the manager didn't receive the order. She said I would be refunded at the end of the night and I still haven't got a refund. I emailed support and when sending proof the email was full/unavailable. I cancelled an order as well since I ordered the wrong item and never got refunded for it either.

Would be 5 star but my local store doesn't let you pick up in the drive through anymore. There was no else one there and I have limited mobility, having me hobble in the store was unnecessary. The app gave no indication of this so guessing it was a local choice Much better than other fast food apps. A few of my orders haven't gone through, but it's easy to cancel the order and try again or get a refund. It's been good about knowing if the restaurant is closed even when it normally would be open.

Neat but lacking features. It allows you to pay with your phone, but you could just do that with Samsung or Apple pay. They don't even start the food until you check in at the srive through window. I don't see any benefit other than the points system. Also, even if you specify sauce count they still only give you four total regardless of how much food you order.

Double check with your store and triple check your bag. Used this app for the first time and the store I ordered through kept messing everything up. Missing items, wrong items, right items with wrong ingredients, and so on. Had to wait at least 30 minutes just for them to correct everything. Not sure if all the details didn't get sent or what happened. Just make sure you triple check your bag before wasting your time, gas, and money.

Horrible app. Slow, glitchy. Does NOT apply/ discount click-through offers advertised within the app. Randomly places orders for items left in your cart. Store cannot refund or address issues that arise from using the app, and the company will not reply to correspondence from within the app, even if you check "reply requested". Worthless would be an understatement. Because of the aforementioned issues, I PAID for these problems.

Payments don't work. I've changed cards, erased and added back cards. It is impossible for me to use this app, and I've had rewards expire because the app "has trouble processing my payment". This is an issue I've had for months, contacted support several weeks ago, haven't heard anything at all. I just want this app to work again.
