App is functional and use friendly, except that you cannot select and edit items already in the cart. So if you need to make a change to an item, you have to see delete and restart all over, which is annoying when you are ordering for a whole family including kids.

It was nice to begin with because me being homeless and I don't get into stealing, I would walk to their parking lot and pick up receipts and scan them in for free food and next thing I know they limited it to three a day. Now it want let me scan in any receipts. I know they are targeting me only because my phone is the only one having problems

After another year, STILL does not allow use of Customer Appreciation card plus a gift or credit card. Does not allow use of gift card and credit card. So if you have a small bit left on gift card, too bad. You can order your food. But you have fewer choices for paying than if you go in the store or drive through.

Can not change restaurant. I tried placing an order for a different TC than the one I usually go to, but the restaurant stayed the same. I tried to make the new TC as a favorite, but it only changed in the profile; still tried to order from the old TC.

it's a good app, but there are issues. can only put 25 characters on special instructions tortillas aren't available through the app you have to click into the Details of each previous order to see what it is

The app gives me an error message when I try to scan the bar code to get points on the purchases made. I have also tryied manually entering them same result.

I've been using this app every week for 4 months, and it has always worked reliably for me. The only annoying thing is the amount of notifications I get. When I place an order and redeem an offer, I will get a notification that I redeemed the offer, then another notification that I earned points which are pending, then another notification that my points have been updated. These all come in rapid succession, and each mobile notification is accompanied by an email saying the same thing. Here's the worst part: Although the app goes waaaay out of its way to alert me about all these trivial details, half the time when I arrive at the store, my order isn't ready because it is still sitting on the printer which nobody in the kitchen was watching. Those are the people who need to get a bazillion notifications to wake them up!

App is ok. A little finicky in some small ways - i.e. Looking at a specific item, then hitting back to go to the list, it goes up to the top instead of staying at the item; it emptied my "bag" when I switched away from the app for a minute - but overall it's good. At least you're able to place an order which deserves at least 2 stars when you consider the other restaurant apps out there.

Update: 10/5/2021 - I still don't like this app. :/ - You can't change your phone number - its locked. - You have to create a new account with a different email address to change your phone number. And that probably means you lose any rewards with the old account. - The Offers given for signing up with the app must be redeemed in store, not in the app. o_0 But store dining rooms are closed right now. So the offers are worthless. I've given this app multiple tries over the last 2 years, but still haven't placed an order with it. Why make things so difficult? 9/2/2020: Can't signup using the web site or the app. Update: 9/9/2020 - Apparently they fixed the signup page, but none of the offers they advertised for signing up are available inside the app. Pretty bad experience so far, and I haven't even ordered yet.

App seems fairly easy to use but think twice before using it to order. I did that tonight and was extremely dissapointed with the experience. I sat at the restaurant waiting 20 minutes after the app said my order was completed before they even started making my order order and I was there over 30 before they were done after messing it up twice after giving it to me. Points look like a good system but don't bother online ordering. You're better off with making it yourself.

This app is just bad. Keeps asking me to verify my account via email. Can't change order pickup once you have placed your first order. Tries to reorder your last order like you didn't complete it. Pics don't match the item. And then if you order for pickup... they don't start on your order until you arrive and you get placed in the back of the line. What's the point of this app?

You are asked to update at the time of purchase every time you open the app. You do so, then the counter person either doesn't know how to use the app or they tell you their system is down and tell you to load it with your receipt which also does not work.

App was working perfectly for a while, then not after January 1, 2020. I lost all of my points and haven't received notifications on weekly deals. If I do receive them and click on them, it gives me an "error" message. This app prefers you sign in with FB. I don't believe any app should force you to sign in to a social media platform to work sufficiently.

There is an option to use a gift card as payment, but when you type in the number and hit pay it won't work because it says that you need to enter the PIN number, however there is no place to enter the PIN number so it will not let you use a Taco Cabana gift card for payment even though it is listed as a payment option. Decent offers occasionally. Lower rewards for points. Only $5 for $75 points. Most programs give $10 for 100 points. I like the app, just wish you could pay with a gift card.

Really bad app. It is pleasing to the eye, but UI is very poorly executed. Couldn't place an order for breakfast tacos, and decided to go elsewhere. It would be quicker to wait in line at a drive through. No Google log in, no PayPal, random error messages, complete an order only to tell you you can't get it, would not accept my credit card. I suggest looking at Sonic's app and copying it.

Poorly developed and very clunky. I can't even get to the ordering screen, as the advertisement on the sign in page shuts down all my audio from music or audiobooks. I have attempted to reset my password three times, none of which worked. TERRIBLE UI. Y'all should be ashamed

Dislike that if you add gift cards it does not add the new amount to your remaining balance. Then you end up with money you can't use because it is such a small amount.

There are no barcodes on our receipts, and these NM guys had no idea there was an app 😢 Even if we could only get rewards when we travel, it would be nice to earn everywhere we go

Good app, good food. Delivery is great option during covid19. It's free but don't forget to tip esp. if it's a long drive. Only thing I wish they had a way to contact store or leave feedback as the local sometimes forgets to add paid for items to the delivery bag. No bueno. Food is awesome, delivery always on time.
