Overall it's good, but there are a coupple major shortcomings. It's common for an article to have hyperlinks to another TNT article, but will send you to the web-browser instead of staying within the app. This can result in login issues. If it's a TNT article, keep it in the app! Likewise, I'll get push notifications from TNT that send me to the web-browser instead of the app. I don't have this problem with the NPR or AP apps. Fix these and it's easy 5/5. Support local news!

Lovely having the paper set up. I grew up with The News Tribune at the house, the same look on my phone brings joy. An updated version should have each article read aloud, even in the e-editions - could be a nice touch to utilize subscription.

Giving a second star because you do get a news feed. Glitchy... Keeps saying no internet connection even though there's a strong wifi signal and it updates ok. Asked for technical support and got a form email wanting to learn more about my newspaper subscription issues. Aargh! And categories/topics are worthless : national in local, local in national, days old items in latest news...

This is a lousy news app. I cannot open the app with no data connection to read my downloaded content and often times with a connection, the app will not open. One star is far to many for this buggy app.

Why is it that at least once a week I have to uninstall this app and then reinstall just so I can read the "paper"? If I don't go through this procedure all I get is the white opening page and then nothing.

The new TNT is very poorly implemented. Every time they update the site they make it almost impossible to figure out. If there was another option I would cancel my subscription.

App takes 47 seconds to load on my Pixel 5 - this is unacceptable. Customer service did not help. I uninstalled the app and cancelled the subscription. Now, they are fighting me to keep from giving me a prorated refund for my prepaid annual subscription. 0 stars.

Filled with opinions and subscriber only articles. It's not really worth the time to download let alone the money to subscribe. (This isn't the model other papers should follow)

NEWS ALERT notification is useless. The alert notification does not show the topuc. The latest so-called alert seems to be about acorns. 🙄

I paid for 3 months in advance because I loved reading the actual news print pages online. Your so screwed up now I can't wait until my paid subscription is up.

Non responsive often. I read several online e editions of newspapers and this is the only one that operates so poorly

Sucky can't get it to download !! Now you are not going to be printing Saturday's paper and it still costs $130. Fix this !

Navigation has gotten easier since I first loaded this app. Stories I need are usually first ones I see.
