This app is much easier than trying to use the website or phone line. I've had multiple issues addressed by the city after reporting them with this app.
Uninstalled and re-installed in hopes that the app would let me log in. Created my profile earlier tonight. Now it won't even let me access the app. Our tax dollars (not) at work!!!
Pretty worthless. Crashes, doesn't show all info on screen, resolutions not listed.

DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME! After entering in all the info , it asks for your sign in info, then rejects your e mail address. I use my my email daily and am positive it works. This app needs some fixes. Entered boyfriends e mail and it's been searching and thinking for over 5 minutes. Moral of the story: Just call 311. This app will not save you any time.
You enter all the stuff it asks for and THEN it asks you to sign-up which should be the other way around. Should have sign-up options via Facebook and G+. Also, if you're going to report potholes, it asks you for the State....really stupid since this is a 'Tacoma' app, why would I be reporting a pothole from Michigan or Hawaii? Just dumb
The concept is great, however the actual app has its flaws
Used to have great features like access to TPU payment portals, now it mostly just redirects to the city website. Useless.
Works on newer phones, Android version 4.2.4 or newer, not older ones.

I've yet to use it as it crashes on start-up "unable to connect to server." on my older Android phone with Gingerbread (2.3.5) OS. I've tried this both over 3G and WiFi. I suspect it requires Android OS over 4.0, but it shows as compatible with my device (Samsung Galaxy II -S).
This app finally let's me vent all my frustrations without talking to anyone. My lack of social skills will no longer inhibit my complaining.
Very excited about this innovative app. I love my neighborhood in the Lincoln District and I'm very happy that Tacoma does such a great job of empowering it's residents and allowing us to help our own areas

Everytime I try to fill in complaint section app closes.. not working deleted from phone
During late year, 2018 this app some-what worked, okay. This year, 2019 it won't even open. When you try, you get something like 'app not working'. I have deleted the app now, three times in hopes that that would sort it, but to no avail. *26 September 2019 I just downloaded the app, yet again, and yet again it STILL will NOT open.
