Fares are reasonable and it is pretty easy to get a driver.. however, the map needs major improvement.. it is too laggy.. i had to cancel a driver cos map showed he wasnt moving but when i cancel, i saw the driver had turned in the carpark i was at.. so yeah, felt bad for the driver

Cheaper than Grab & Gojek, actually able to get drivers. Hopefully they can maintain. Edit: After using a bit more, the problems are more apparent. 1. Map accuracy when dropping pins is bad. 2. There is no way to message the driver. Could be my particular model, but my "Enter" key was a line break, and there was no button to actually send the message to the driver. 3. Calling the driver starts a phone call through your default phone app, exposing the phone numbers of both sides to each other.

Waste of space on your phone. Brilliant app if you like like seeing a countdown timer take 5 mins to go down from 2 mins to 1 min, and another 5 mins for the car to actually arrive. Also super easy to screw up your booking due to the app's UI, and of course, there's no way to edit / change bookings. Highly recommended for people who like pain.

Hope the Google map give the right direction from picking us up. Recently I experience a lot of tada accepted but cancelled after sometimes whereby I have to wait for that timing and then being cancelled.

Good value and the chance of getting a ride is fast. Think the map for riders had also improved because they finally go to the correct pick up place recently.

Rides are cheaper than Grab but timer countdown isn't accurate. Drivers are supposedly nearby but tend to go the longer route to get to where I am. This has happened frequently. Why is that?

The app map 🗺️ is so disappointed. Driver always wait not at the exect destination. Hope developer improve your app to help make users & driver life more easier and user friendly app.

Improve a lot. But GPS inaccurate at times. Inconsistent waiting times. Can be 2 mins to arrival and then become 7 mins. Edit: please do something about your GPS.

Like the apps, but good to change the field name. Should show a from where and to where. Not where to, where to So confusing, like market speech where got where got, or whatever.

App doesn't work. Unable to add any credit cards at all as the browser popup rejects everything. Please fix.

This app still needs a lot of work. Very clunky when it does work. Also, it needs to automatically assign drivers as you wait a long time to get a ride (if you are lucky to get one at all) it is cheap though.

Very nice drive. The driver was very2 helpful. . He even comes out from the car to the passenger seat to help me bring out my bag.This make my journey smooth .

This is my second bookings. I don't know why my first booking was cancelled , although it prompt that the drive was arrived. I immediately made my second bookings, the driver arrived promptly

Very fast to get connected to a driver. The driving experience is very pleasant and the driver is also very polite.

Useless app, cheapo rate until driver mostly don't want to pick up customer. What is the point being cheap

First experience. Hmm...firstly driver doesn't alight me at my drop point. Instead outside of drop point and i have to walk in. Secondly he asked for payment when he should know before hand when taking my booking that payment is by card. Try again next time. Maybe just maybe i will give a higher rating.

Never been able to get a driver. Otherwise constantly more expensive than the competitors. Waste of storage on your phone.

I keep getting a pop up message saying 'Unable to connect to the server. Please check your Internet connection' when I did not even use the app. Its an eyesore

I've not been able to use Tada app! Always stuck at Yellow Loading Screen even after update!!! I've tried to uninstall and reinstall but also don't work!!!

Automated ETA is absolutely terrible!!!! Driver had to drop off previous passenger before coming to pick up and message said 5min ETA. Waited close to 15min for the ride in the end. Luckily driver was responsive. Please fix the system!

fast matching, affordable rate, very good driver and the app is easier to use compare to few years back.

The address can go off sometimes even after you input the postal code or the full address after booking. It's a bit dangerous if driver/passenger doesn't check again

Always no car available after 3 try. Most of the time, go to the wrong place to fetch. At 1st put 5 minutes, later change to 7 or even 10 minutes.

Very knowledgeable about the road and understanding. The moment I got inside the car,he switched the music to English. He is very polite and respectful.

The app is sufficient for doing what it's suppose to be doing but lately it has been adjusting the pick up point on it's own after I apply my voucher.
