TADA - Wallet For Memberships

I love this app, since I can collect some of my fav brand membership in only one wallet. A lot of business now trying to have membership, but it burden me when I need to keep their card. And I dont even notice if they have seasonal promo, but this app helps me to know every deals everytime I went to the mall. Collecting point really satisfied me because every purchase will be counted and one day I'll get reward to be redeemed. What a fun experience, because transaction never be this delightful.

Always error when i want to pay the merchant with this apps.. weird

Worst application for order food in my experience, 22 2 2022 order bakmi GM from taman anggrek but almost never arrive, late for three and half hour, after i direct call to restaurant and after repeated call to find my order which they redirect to sunda for them to send it ,and in can't cancel to in application, no response in "chat us" too, very worst experience , i already think this scam application because of this problem

Latest update broke everything. The login verification process took so long and keep on saying there is no internet connection on my phone. Once I completed the login process, I seemed to have no cards on TADA but my inbox informed me some successful points earned from transactions. When I try to add my existing card to the home screen, everything frozen. I am really considering on giving up using TADA now. Very dissapointed! :(( PS: I tried reinstalling from Playstore. Still not working :(

Good app , simple user interface, but i don't really like the color, my eyes are tired for long time usage. I found two of confusing UI when i am filling the form for membership. 1. Submit wrong input form when keyboard opened does not show snackbar dialog prompt error. But it shows after dismiss the keyboard. 2. Disabled input not really clear when first time try to submit form. I thought it was bug or something but there is explanation below the phone number input

Don't see why you need another useless app to burden your phone's memory. It's only a restaurant that serves over-priced average food, and a stall they rented the space to. You don't get points now for promo spendings on happy-hour or free-flow days. They claimed apps wouldn't work on rooted phone for security reasons, are they claiming that their apps needs more security than gopay, ovo, bca and other fintech apps? I am just worried my phone's security is compromised.

I think this application is very helpful, especially when you want many discounts and benefit. Very useful, simple and fast. Good choice for member and brand

What a bad joke 1. Trying to redeem tokopedia voucher here and it always shows an error "External number not found" 2. They suggest to call 1500340 for customer service, no agent available, repeatedly asked to press keypad 1 to wait, if not, you will be given a voice message "So you have a problem, goodbye". 3. The live chat restart itself every couple of minutes, so chances are when you got served it will kick you out of queue, restarting it again and again. You suck Tada

Claim voucher succesfully but the saldo is not increase (the condition now h+6 from transaction). The customer service never give a good respon on live chat (always busy) or even email (not replied by them) Edit : now in progress for resend the saldo Edit 2 : succesfully top up, problem solved !

The application won't run, it says it won't run on rooted phone. Problem is my phone is not even rooted! Please kindly check ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M2 with the latest Android P. Will update the ratings when it runs :) thanks

Simple and clean interface, and most importantly there's a lot of rewards and cashbacks. Great app

Got some GUESS e-vouchers, but you can't use it. Got so many different reasons from the staffs. Don't even have clear and satisfied explanation from the customer service. so bad!!!!

Using this for karada treatment, only for points. Cannot see the progress from treatment

I can't open my card, everything is very slow and confusing. Loading very slow. Everytime I want to open my tada it asks me for verify cod. It's so annoying. I don't like this app at all

UI screen to add/scan QR code membership is incompatible with my mobile - Sony Experia Z5 Compact. Thus defeating the purpose of this application.

Buggy apps. You can't write the correct information in the field box because the apps will change it to another field.

not flexible.if you have a problem on your phone and you need to reinstall the application to other phone, your previous vouchers can not be retrieved

Always auto run. Already disable auto-run, and turn off manually. Uninstall it.

Worst apps till today i can't event signup, while the CS didn't help much i had contact the CS through WA but didn't get help much,they jist closed my case while i say i didn't signup, really annoying

Updated Tada and while opening each cards is loading nonstop..... Using LG Stylus 3 phone... Edit... Fix the issue uninstall and install again...

This is year 2019, n this app doesn't allow rooted device to use it. Ridiculously stupid. EDIT: So now the admin said even more stupid statement. Original device? So u're saying my phone is a fake one? The problem is ur app, not my device. Every other financial apps work fine here n allowed rooted device (Gopay, Dana, OVO, all my banking app). N ur app not even that kind. Why don't u hire better dev team n fix it, rather than advising me to use an original device? Like I said, this is 2019.
