App does not show my golf rounds. The rounds count says 3 on home screen but in saved rounds or last 20 rounds / 5 round there is only one round that too not the latest round. I know 3 is correct number (saved from connected watch) but cannot see the details. Have logout / login and reset my watch multiple times. Update 5/11- After deleting all the rounds the saved rounds started working. The watch itself is amazing and the marker is the cherry on the top. The app has the best 3d view.

App does not stay open on the watch between shots, always reverts back to watch face/sleep and then can be tricky to reopen. A big distraction between shots. App lags, freezes and often jumps to different holes mid hole or yardages differ even when standing on course markers No prompt/reminder to enter score after hole. Hugely disappointing as a golf watch, lovely watch but not for the course. A garmin at a fraction of the cost is more efficient

Really one of the best golf apps around. I've been using it on my Android phone for a long time and was even thinking about getting the Tag Heuer watch to better match the app. But the app has been letting me down, lately. The one thing that annoys me most is that I cannot override the automatic club selection. The app just ignores my choice and sticks with its selection. I would also like to be able to clear some shots/rounds from the map or only show like the last 5 lies. Keep on trying...

Graphics keep getting better, very simple front/back/middle yardages and scorekeeping. Would love an email for front/back/total score after a round.

I love my new E4 42mm but since the update, the refresh time of the GPS is terrible and makes it unusable due to the delay. My E3 was much better. Please fix this ASAP and I'll amend my review to 5 stars as it's a great app... Also, please keep refining the battery life.

Great app. Love the look and yardage is spot on. However entering your score with stats is a pain. It will get stick and not scroll. Also it will initially populate with a par and 2 putts selected shower on the scorecard above it shows 3 putts. If these issues get fixed this would easily be a 5 star app.

Great tool, just wish they'd add a way to automatically post a score to GHIN/USGA so I don't have to double enter the data there

The app has many good features and should be great. 2 things letting it down. One is no useful tutorial on line that I could find. I have had to muddle through as best I could. The other is that some of the courses are out of date. An example is Bonnie Doon golf course in Sydney, modified around 5 years ago. I have notiified twice using the app, but months later no change to the course download.

I loved it when it was the Fun Golf app. I love the animated look, but the scorecard is annoying. After hitting "Enter Score" it takes way to many clicks to enter a 2 putt par. Although "par" and 2 putts is what's highlighted, it is non-responsive when you try to select them (on Pixel 2 XL). I have to enter a birdie or bogey and then change it back to a par. Selecting birdie or bogey also changes the number of putts, so I then have to fix that entry as well. Also, when entering a bogey it defaults to 3 putts. Most of the time for me it is a missed green and a 2 putt, not a 3 putt that results in a bogey, so I wish it would stay on 2 putts when entering a bogey. After hitting "enter score" it should automatically populate a par and a 2 putt, and then you adjust from there.

Love the 3D views as they really help to get a perspective on any given shot. The GPS has been spot on saving me from all the guesswork and incredible inaccuracies associated with sprinkler head yardages. Distances to hazards are also very accurate helping with club selection for lay ups and course management on courses I haven't played very frequently. I recently purchased a Wear OS watch but can't find the Tag Heuer Golf app for the watch. It would be greatly appreciated if that would be available soon.

Hugely disappointing. My wife runs it on an Apple watch and loves it. I thought I'd give it a try on my phone. It is very laggy. It takes an age to wake up and occasionally doesn't get round to pulling up the correct yardage. My wife has stood next to me several times to give me a correct distance from the same app 🤷‍♂️ Entering scores is a lottery. It'll often decide a drive went left or right and multiple attempts at correcting are needed before it will record a straight shot.

Will not open, just shows tag logo and then goes back to the menu

Update: Even though I was on the latest version, I uninstalled the app on my phone and my watch, and reinstalled today as suggested by Tag Customer Care. Now, everything seems to work -- can't wait for the snow to melt and start playing! -- Mike App looks promising, however I cannot get it to launch on my Connected watch. Accessing support through the phone app does not work either.

Pretty solid free app. However scoring screen shows puts default to 2 but show 3 in the score when you enter your score. Also it doesn't show your score along the way unless you hit the "ok" button. They should just show the running score and or total over/under without having to look for it.

Have been using Hole 19 apps for some time but this is now even better. Off line course download for those with limited internet is great and the artist map is far better than the Google map photo of the course that some apps including Hole 19 uses which has shading from trees across hazards like bunkers, making accurate assessment impossible. Great stuff.

Hey guys.. Amazing app really accurate yardages and interactive experience.. Just one thing.. Please can you put a feature where you can view your fairways hit percentage in your stats.. Example. best score, putts per hole, GIR, *Fairways*, longest shot.. Thanks guys 👍

Great functionality. Bit tricky to use on a phone on the course. Need to remember to press record and stop or press next shot, but then it may record wrong club. Also wish you could remove chips, recovery shots and miss-hits from averages. But generally love it!

App is great but has issues, called the very helpful staff on the problem but it does not get fixed so had to delete the app, basically the handicap is incorrect, I played yellow tees on Sunday and only option was yellow tees, I am 12.4 and I should be 14 as my playing handicap but the app gave me 12 and there is no way to change this I had no option of White or Red tees to choose so although I love the screen and scoring it's not usable to keep scores, aslo it needs to work with wear os

This is a very cool application. The 3-Dimensional maps bring a fresh perspective instead of the usual 2-Dimensional maps. It's a unique and very useful tool in trying to strategize before a competitive round.

Thanks for the reply, driving zone still not working correctly. I have played 8 rounds and recorded 8 drives on one particular hole, only 3 balls show up in driving zone. When looking back on rounds one ball is white (different position depending on the round I review) and the other two showing orange.

My phone and my 3rd generation connected are properly paired, but the Golf app on my watch couldn't detect the Golf App that's already install on my phone and vice versa... Already reset my watch and reinstalled the Golf App multiple times, and still couldn't get it to work.

Gar. M. Jul 29, 2020

The GPS on the watch is horrible, I'm yet to get one round completed without the app freezing. I expected a better product from tag. Only saving grace is that the app on the phone works great.

Mat. S. Apr 4, 2019

The app is very buggy currently. Hopefully it will stabilise but I wouldn't currently risk going out on the course without a backup. Not something you would say about any other devices in this space.

Chr. J. Aug 21, 2019

Absolutely drains the battery... Doesn't last the round!! Would love to hear about a fix or best user settings. Also my course is sometimes unavailable?? Keen to get a resolution. I am using the app on my TAG Heuer Connected not my phone.

Dav. P. Jul 19, 2020

Recent update has made things worse. GPS is intermittent and if you use scoring or any other feature the battery life is less than a round. Smart watch is good but golf app is very disappointing. I am back to my Garmin for golf.

Pau. B. Jul 2, 2020

The gps picks up the wrong green on the 3rd hole of my home club and it doesn't the 2nd fairway on the 8th hole. Very disappointed. The golf app does the exact same thing as the watch so they obviously haven't downloaded the course properly.
