I had it nicely on my phone before.. But this year 2020. When I installed it. The apps is not working anymore because it was just loading and loading without even opening. It's been so disappointing for me because I love this apps before. Every year it should be gotten better but it came up to worst. What happened???

I've had it before on my old phone,it works perfectly. But why can't it open on my new phone,it just keeps showing those dots. I even waited for 40 minutes still nothing happened. Does this only work for specific phones??
