Always error whenever you open the app, sometimes it very annoying because you have to tried several times before you can have access to what you want to do. At times you have to use it like that because it keeps on coming error. Please it been very long since problems started try and do something about it. If not it really helps and save your time using the app.

i always having problem on transfering. it always telling 'transfer is refunded'. even though my account is updated. please fixed this. very frustrating, now i have to go over-the-counter just to send money. mobile banking is not working properly.

This apps is great i didn't have more problems with this , its so fast to send money there's no probs to add beneficiary.. i just had troubled when my iqama is expired and it's getting have error. But this apps was great.

When i sign up for registration and i put My password and the password is match in the Small square in left side why i cannot press the continue button. Its annoying i thought its easy to use and send money to Ur beneficiary. Help me about this

I try to add new beneficiary. There no have chance. Always showing invalid account number format. If go bank it work. How? Why we want pay more money to tawheel branches? It's not fair to banking sector. I disappointed about this. And then exchange money value also too low. Really I disappointed 😞.

Shut off your service @tahweel alraj Very poor application and there is no customer care number. 4 days overed still not received money in home account in India. And try to contact customer support through got number in internet. Am given full details no one told me what's the status of my transaction. Again and again try never picked my calls. Don't use this application waest of your time.

Transfer money in STC wallet error. Please solve it as soon as possible. Everytime a error is comes when open the Bank app or transfer the money or to add the beneficiary. Fix the problem or upgrade the system otherwise you loss your valuable customers rapidly.

Always get error when new log in, always show error message when new update , it's really easy to use but to much error and bug. Need to fix asap

Whenever I'm trying to login it's showing general error and I can't even the application and use at all..pls fix it if you care about the customers..

Pls change the name of this app to General and logical error. Because every time I try to do something from this app it always shows me these errors

this app not helpful also the customer service is bad. problem is profile suspended... when you want to talk for customer service they hung up the phone

There are lots of features also included in this app for example seeing the currency exhange rate can be viewed here and a lot more.

Worse experience. Facing a lot of error codes. Never able to access on first attempt. Beneficiary details are available but showing none available.

zero star. why - all I get is errors,it is supposed to be an easy application for any one specially for expat as we are the majority that using or sending money on a monthly basis. at least it could ease the our hectic schedule. Apparently this app is the best for waste your time., after using it for sometime, you can't log in again,even though all correct information are filled. The same as if you try to register again. You have fix this. ☹

Very very poor app. Everytime i want to transfer some amount to STC pay " error error error" "logical error" or "general error"

Why continuous showing system error when I try international transfer and showing limit exceeded when paying the bill.This app is useless to me right now

What happen to my apps? After i sent money to Philippines last Thursday the apps telling me to reactivate it through Al mubasher retail registration... Can you fix this because this is the easiest and fastest way to sent money through cellphone..

I am fed up to use this app its always buffering while opening the app, i am not able to send money,now i am afraid my amount is safe or not, i can't check any thing because its not working properly, even i can't check the currency rate, i have added beneficiary and its showing you don't have any beneficiary its really surprising me.....please take a strick action and fix the app problem. We would really appreciate if the problem gets solve. Thank you.

Useless app when am i want to send money it always says error its not helping at all, and again its rate are law not the same as when u vist the bank....nkt

This is very helpful application and facilitates lot. Unfortunately since last one week system is not responding and can't open the application. Shows system error. I did reinstalling several times, but not successful. Appreciate support to correct the issue. Thanks

Its a bad application! Registering and using this application is a very bad experience in this platform... Its useless! Need to unsinstall the apps!!! And if You call the operator and they didn't knew anything could that could help your technical issues!!!!! Very very disappointed 😥 !!!!!

it is very easy and useful for everyone in saudi arabia to send their remittances to their, But there is one deficient in the app, need to put a option for add money online through using Credit Card or from other account also, for this you have to find ATM with deposit options then you can add money physically, why can't bring a change method for add money online as well as through ATM. Thanks...

The below qouted remark has been rectified by the tech support and I really appreciate it. The app is now much better, however the option of adding money to the card is still not available which is available in the competetor apps like STC-PAY. Adding this feature would make this app really awesome and useful. "Unable to register as the app is giving error "invalid request" again and again and thus can not move forward. Tech support are requested to resolve the issue ASAP."

It's the worst banking app. It shows errors every now and then. And sometimes doesn't accept the password, and when you select forget password option, you need to start registration again. Despite this, you won't register to it. It needs to be fixed.

overall good app but there are many things need to be done , it's shows error all the while it's working properly , you can not keep all records of transfer once you log out , there must be have an option to send the details of transfer money to WhatsApp or on an Email, overall good app

Not that bad apps. It's really useful. But sometimes why is it always system error. Could you please make it more developed and enchance the system . There are sometimes we need it. Buy we can't sent money to our family because of the system error.

General Error. Previously I can see my transactions, recently It only shows an error my account balace and mentions "No recent transaction in 30 days". I am very disappointed since i need to review every transaction in my account. I hope the developer can do something about this problems.
