Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming is a world acclaimed master of Tai Chi and Qigong and he personally guides you through a series of Tai Chi Ball Qigong easy-to-follow movements. These simple breathing methods and exercises should first be practiced with empty hands. As you develop the strength and flexibility of your torso and spine, you may choose to add weight over time by holding a ball in the hands. The ultimate goal is to develop abundant Qi (energy) throughout the body and feel your energy in the space between your palms.

After learning from your free videos, you may access the full-length program with a single in-app purchase. In the 3-hour video, Master Yang will teach you how to choose a Tai Chi Ball, Qigong Breathing techniques and many Tai Chi Ball Circling and Rotating Patterns you can use to quickly improve your fitness.

Whether you are a beginner or a Tai Chi master already, these amazing Qigong exercises offer the perfect combination of relaxation and full-body exercise. You'll enjoy reduced stress, a stronger immune system and a deeper awareness of breath and body coordination.

Tai Chi, or Taiji, is short for Tai Chi Chuan, or Taijiquan, which translates from Chinese to “Grand Ultimate fist”. Tai Chi is an internal-style Chinese martial art that can be traced back to the Chen family, the Daoists at Wudang mountain and ultimately to Shaolin Temple. When practiced slowly for health purposes, Tai Chi is a type of Qigong.

Qi-Gong means "energy-work". Qigong (chi kung) is the ancient art of building the body's Qi (energy) to a higher level and circulating it throughout the body for rejuvenation and health. Some Qigong is practiced sitting or standing still, while other Qigong can be a kind of moving meditation. This gentle Qigong exercise is a highly effective way to reduce stress, increase energy, enhance healing and generally improve your quality of life.

Qigong increases the quantity of energy in the body and improves the quality of your circulation through energy pathways, known as meridians. Qigong is sometimes called "acupuncture without needles."

Similar to yoga, Qigong can stimulate the entire body deeply with low-impact movement and develop a stronger mind/body connection. The slow, relaxed movements are widely recognized for their health benefits, such as boosting your immune response, strengthening the internal organs, muscles, joints, spine and bones and developing abundant energy.

Qigong can be effective in helping people with insomnia, stress-related disorders, depression, back pain, arthritis, high blood pressure and problems with the immune system, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, bioelectric circulatory system, lymphatic system and digestive system.

mostly working in foreign countries, I used to drag CD's and a laptop with me. This is all simplified by this App on my tablet. Exactly what I had on the DVD's: a very good non-impact core workout, great for rebuilding my core after a serious back injury and operation. The DVD's - book - App will be of great help to everybody. But you need to practice! I suggest 30 minutes per day.

A fantastic addition to my training, in a portable format. Dr. Yang's books have an honored place in my home, and I'm overjoyed to have this new video reference for learning and review in my pocket. This is really a great thing!

I really love this app and the new way YMAA sells videos. I bought a Tai Chi for Beginner DVD and found that Dr. Yang teaches Taichi very good and easy to understand. It works in Android 4.4.4 now. Great!

Excellent, I have trained with Dr Yang and found him most thorough, sincere, kind, considerate, an excellent teacher for anyone who wants to understand the true essence of martial arts for human development I would highly recommend this book or any book or video from this source. Thank you very much Dr Yang. A life long martial arts practitioner. Shihan Steven Griffin.

Always love ymaa videos. The clarity and demonstration are broken into detailed smaller pieces and shown from many angles. Along with the emphasis on how it feels and mental set, these videos are great to enhance my practice and a resource for review and refinement. Now, I can take it anywhere! What a concept. Thanks!

I had just bought one of the YMAA tai chi balls and was very pleased with the product. And was even happier when I found a training app. It can be hard to discover things on your own, many thanks to ymaa.

Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming's training videos provide quality insights into the benefits of training with Tai Chi ball. This app gives you the opportunity to explore the background concepts and examine the first training technique. The full app has 3+ hours worth of videos on the subject to taken anywhere.

I had the pleasure if training with Dr. Yang a number of times in Boston, including on the course material here. One frustration I've had in continuing my work with Tai Chi Ball qigong since moving away, has been having to watch the dvd in my living room, but train elsewhere due to space constraints. If I need to refresh on a point, it is so convenient to just have my tablet and this app with me instead. Thank you YMAA for continuing to evolve how you deliver your information. One recommendation...More apps please!

Another great ymaa app. I was so glad to see this come out. Finding info on this practice is difficult to find due to its history. This practice is so important for conditioning for Tai Chi and other martial arts. Love it.

I think with the amount of knowledge and experience that master Yang has this has to be an app that any martial artist should go to to bring there art to the next level. I am an avid follower.

This cool app gives 2o minutes of free samples of the detailed lessons by Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming. Then, you have access to watch two complete video courses with an in-app buy. Its a really good deal for the amazing amount of content, that you can use anywhere.

I've been watching ymaa videos for years, but I love the convenience of having this material stored on my phone so I can keep studying the movements whenever I have a minute, wherever I am.
