Tailor Store Size:Me

Went through all the process, which seemed to work well. But then there appears to be no way to use the profile with anything other than the USA version of the store. Change to UK and the profile vanishes. Also, when starting the app, it asks to choose language and measurement system, but these changes did not work and it always reverted to US/inches. I don't know if that's connected. But anyway, I was unable to actually use the measurements the app made.

I'm skeptical as to whether this app has any sort of "measuring algorithm" at all. I tried it with the camera covered and got the same results. This feels like a way to make customers more comfortable than using their QuickSize feature alone in which users input their height and weight (which by the way is surprisingly accurate on it's own)

The app functioned as described and was easy to use. But the first shirt made by the Tailor Store using measurements generated by the app was much too tight in the neck, across my chest and around my mid-section. The Tailor Store handled the failed shirt remarkably well, asking for pictures of me in the too-tight shirt and using those to adjust the measurements that had been originally generated with the app. The really excellent customer service largely made up for the failings of the app. So if you don't mind the somewhat lengthened process (them making two shirts each one requiring 2 to 3 weeks), the app will get you on your way to having a tailor made, fitted shirt. I have to admit, one iteration isn't bad.

The app looks like it works well and it's pretty clever but I can't retrieve my measurements. It the always sends me to the US shop and when I go back to the UK one it loses my basket and won't find my measurements. Bit of a shame really as everything else looked great and if I could have purchased in app or using my phone then they'd be another customer up.

Extremely easy to use. Measurements were ALMOST perfect. The neck was way too small, I could not button the collar but everything else was SPOT ON. I explained what happened and they sent me a new shirt that fit. I do have an oddly big neck though lol

It doesn't work at all. I lean the phone against the wall and it just sits there. Screen doesn't change, blue bar doesn't move. Confirmed perms are set . Removed & reinstalled several times.

I used this app to get one of their trial dress shirts and the fit was perfect. Ordered another one a week later, a casual shirt, and the fit on that one was just as good. I have used a couple other online tailored shirt sites but this one is the most accurate so far.

Totally failed! Measurements were way off using the app's custom fitter. Contacted their support and received new pair of shirt and pants with adjustments... But still not good.

App looks useful, but I cannot try it. As soon as it activates the camera on my Pixel2 , it crashes the entire phone and requires a hard reboot.

Doesn't tell you the final measurements, it would be great to double check what the app has picked up but instead you have to just buy a shirt based on the results and hope they are right.

Great App, provided accurate measurements for my body but I needed to email the staff to address my neck measurements. Arm length, shirt length, chest and midsection sizing were great. Even though I had to address the neck size, the shirt (including the neck) fit better than any thing that I've purchased of the rack from Casual Male, Polo, or any major department store.

Need to input inches and lbs when english language, but nordic setting for figures etc. in phone settings. Need to set it through system setrings and not language (best practice). Cool app if it works (will order later today).

It didn't quite work and the directions were really not that great. I wasn't even sure if I could wear a shirt or not while I took the picture. The shirt I received fit worse than an off the shelf shirt. On the plus side, their customer service is great.

Amazingly accurate. Every dimension was exactly right except the neck, which was acceptable, but I would've liked an extra 10-15mm.

I cant open this app.. Firstly it shows starts here , i click on that then it shows place ur phn shown like the picture, i placed like that nothing will change..i checked the instruction video and did what is saw on the video.Noghing is happening. This app is not working

This was not a positive experience for me. They do not follow instructions on redoing the shirts I went back and forth way too many times and finally just got wore down to the point that I gave up. This is not the answer if you want quality custom shirts.

The app was easy to use. Somehow it identified my measurements and within a few weeks, I had a trial shirt that fit. I am still uncertain on how this all worked out but it's worth me purchasing another shirt in the future.

Using the app was quick and easy and I love the fit of the shirts made using the measurements. I picked Tailor Store over similar suppliers because of their fair trade and employment agreements, and the GOTS certified cloth, though it is only on a few of the cloth options.

I'm sorry, but I honestly can not find how to set my height and weight in metric units. This is a cool idea, but I trust my tape measure more for now. This idea has potential but is not quite there yet.

Does not work at all. The app tells me to stand still, but it actually does not capture myself, instead, it shows an photo of myself one the process started

I was skeptical, but the app worked like a charm. I've ordered three shirts with the sizing derived from the app.

Used the Size:me app to order a dress shirt. Ordered on Wednesday and it arrived in the USA from Sri Lanka the following Monday. Obviously may not always be that quick but I was very impressed! And now I also own my first well-fitting dress shirt! I'm a very skinny guy so even any of the slim shirts never fit off-the-rack. They're always super baggy in the back. I was skeptical how well the Size:me would work but needless to say I'm sure I'll be ordering more shirts from here.

as described and it works! the shirt fits nicely after using the app... it can be adjusted if you want to but honestly there is no need.

Amazing. Used this app to size me up. It took a picture under poor light conditions and voi-la'. I received a shirt with perfect fit.

It defaults to the US with no warning and you can't see your measurements when done. I now have an account for the US version of the site which I don't want or need.

stupid app doesnt work at all. I place it according to the video but it doesnt work ,the blue bar doesnt raise or nothing happens. l am dissatisfied.

The app works perfectly on my Sony Xperia XZ Premium. The voice instructions are easy to follow, the Gyro is truly easy to follow in order to get the angel for the camera in correct position. -This is by far the best taylor-made-shirt tool on the market!! And a superb customer service if something goes wrong. The company also do a remarkable CSR-work in the villages where they have the manufacturing. So, get your tailor-made shirt from a truly genuine company in all aspects! (and at a reasonable cost too) 2 weeks delivery on my last order!

Stupid. It tells you to lean the phone against the wall after watching a video. the video is nothing but a quick silent clip of a guy doing just that. The instructions are jumbled at the top. So why don't you explain what this is all about?

This app is annoying it keeps going back to the part you will rest it on the wall...... I have never passed the photograph
