Easy sign up. Interface is simple, pleasing and easy to navigate. My only complaint is when I want to update my profile. Not everything can be edited. I made a mistake in my D.O.B where it was a year early so I wanted to correct it but it can't be changed anymore😐
The design I like very much. The design is so colourful, it's so attractive! The features are much more easier than the previous. It feels like a whole new world for me to use the app. Would recommend to my friends and families about this app. I rate 11/10.
Only one word. WOW! A huge improvement over previous version. Now I can renew my private motor insurance thru-the-app, pay online and just collect at the nearest TBA branch. And renewing like this is actually cheaper than in-person over the counter... I'm impressed beyond words. Excellent work, TBA. Please keep it up.
I can't update my details nor select any of the options.
It's a great app but now I can't view all my TBA & TBK even after updating... Please fix it 😔
Unable to register it. After enter ic and phone number ,it provides a otp to my mobile. But it doesn't allow enter otp , it automatically says credentials provided are invalid
Is there a valid reason why your APP has to do a DOUBLE-PUSH for your inbox notifications each time? I realised from the start that every notification must be pushed twice at once!
Excellent app! However the text on the 'Others' > 'Business Model' the font is quite small.
hy I was really lookin forward for the app to work wonderfully unfortunately it crashes once I tap on any of the display category hope the developer looks into this.
I just give 4 star,because this app cannot provide first party insurance for car that already finished loan.overall best app ever...
