I have an Android phone and it continuously freezes up when you advertise premium access. It doesn't open to the beginning where you get to spin the wheel and collect bonuses. It freezes up after collecting bonuses. I have to continuously close out and go back in just to play. There are still bugs in this game that need fixing!!! I have played for years and this continuously happens while playing as a guest and while playing through my Facebook. Please fix this.

Really bad support, game is full of crashes and bugs. Only good thing is graphics, animations and sounds. Latest version slow its not worth playing. Latest update makes your internet connection feel sluggish, constant shuttering and gets stuck on some popups like livefame. Not worth playing at the moment.

I used to love playing the games here, but since the new update it freezes up and locks me out. I have spent good money on here and for the most part was worth it. But I have been on here a long while and have never hit a jackpot and have spent alot of money for coins, but the winning is far less. I never had any trouble until this new update came along. It was 5 stars for a rating but now it's a 1 star.

This is becoming more depressing. I can see the chart on my game apps, & i haven't hardly been winning anything. It all just seems to disappear that quickly..!! My last review i said the payouts were grim. If this keeps happening, I'll uninstall. I'm not going to waste my money on a game that isn't giving back any more..!!

Welp been playing for many years and sadly nobody answers messages and there isnt any interest in fixing the issues with our 3 5clicker wins ive sent multiple messages suggesting how the creators can get around the problem but meh nobody works there anymore so my 5 star goes to 3. When Jess worked there she was always responsive to my concerns but I think she must have quit like so many people.

One star is too high of a rating for this thieving game. I play Macau diamonds all the time, never get scatters or free games , only 2 of the 3 wheels needed for free games. 10 million in coins at 60k bets and never win a thing. Game is rigged and programmed so you don't win. Don't recommend this game. 🤬

site locks up often after loading to lobby, a pop up for "live fame tourney" appears but does not fully lad and i can not close it, i have to log out and keep loggggging back in and at some point the pop up will not come back, i guess after the press for the tourney is over

Rubbish game always the reels freeze when features are meant to drop in they don't When you do get a win the game takes it back with no wins deleting the game had enough of the rubbish Always paying their own people billions and we get if your lucky 2 million which they take back in any Room waste of time playing

Wish ALL spins were at amounts that you can actually get on the game everyday. And not an amount that only the developers, lame, set.

This game used to be fun with the frequently added new slots, but now the update just highlights an old slot. Meh! No thank you.

It's not bad I have had some good wins but in numerous years of playing this app I have never hit a jackpot and I mean in something like 6-7 years .

The only slots i like 2 play but coin packages cost half x price again on top cos im in australia n i just spent money(which i have very little of but wanted to play) for very little coins and won nothing. Its happened often. U get very little free coins and even free spins pay out bugger all. Stop being greedy. rooms should be split up into different bets. You cannot bet and win..u can't even get your bet bk on a bonus spin. Machines are so tight until it's no longer a fun experience. Thanks

Love the game, but it's hard to play because when i build up my coins, the game takes it all back in a matter of a few minutes. You can never get ahead. My biggest complaint is you need to change the way we level up. I can play for hours sometimes and never level up. It's annoying to be stuck on the same level for weeks. Make it like the rest of the slot games do, where it's easier to level up.

I have been playing this game since 2018 i was satisfied with it for a long while the new updates gets worse but every time I try to load a new gift card i have issues always says error, so i download the new app and to be honest here i am tired of it going to delete the account kinda sad i am up to emerald 4 years it took me to get there sad.

Been playing this game for 3 years they don't care how much money you pay its the same thing every day no pay outs, bonuses just pay up, say anything negative and your blocked from chatt room. This game has gotten to be a complete rip off
