No matter what device I use, it doesn't recognize my LDS account password - iPad, my android phone, my husband's phone. Very frustrating! Also, since you require a pass phone and only have a mobile app version of this product, people will be using their phone. Please, please add a way to see the password you have entered.
Tried this app again over two years after my last attempt, and although they promised improvements to the issues I had last time, I didnt find any evidence of any improvements that fixed our situation. My sons are always looking for names to bring to the temple for baptisms, and I put in the search criteria "male" and "baptisms", but it only brought back a bunch names they had shared with the temple, both genders, all having the baptism/confirmation done! Useless for helping them. Uninstalled.
BEWARE. I used this app to find names. I record all work I do. I have gotten better at genealogy. I am in the process of transferring my hand written work to a digital form in transferring my work out of the 17 names I did work on 2 years ago 5 of them were duplicate records that had been merged with others and didn't need work done 9 I'm no longer related too because of changes made. Make sure you double check before work is taken to the temple you may be doing work thats already been done.
I always wanted to find family names to take to the temple, but didn't know where to start. After getting this app, I have taken so many names to the temple. Apparently, my family has a lot of work to be done because the app found over 60 names. I am beyond excited to do this work for them. Thank you for this app! I highly recommend it! I know the app was not working properly for a short time. I just emailed a message to Kinpoint and they got back to me quickly and resolved the issue quickly.
This app is great! I can reserve my own family names for my family to do baptisms each week. It would be even better if you could filter your search to endowments on their own, rather than grouped with initiatory and sealings. I find that when I need a name for endowments, the results all still need initiatory.
I have loved this app but now it just gives an error message and just says loading forever. Is this app not working any more. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and nothing works. It's too bad because it was great.
I've tried this app couple times I've uninstalled it reinstalled it And it doesn't work for me it just searches and searches I've even gave it over an hour trying to keep my light on my phone for my screen don't go darks and it still doesn't come up with any results It says error am I doing something wrong how do I fix this how do I use this there should be instructions
I normally LOVE this app, but for the last few days it just keeps spinning and won't load. I really need to print some cards ASAP. Not sure how to get them before going to them temple.
I absolutely love this app. It helped my family so much, but now it's not working. It stays in downloading and then it gives you an error message. So sad.
I love this app for finding names to take to the temple weekly. My only problem is it will give me names in my reservation and names that are not reserved. It would be great if it stoped returning names I have already reseved and gave me 5, 10, 20 new names instead. The reason I need more reserved names is because I go with a large group, and we can go through 20 names very quickly. I then share the names after baptisms and confirmations so other can complete the remaining ordinances.
App Doesnt even work. I tried several times. I get errors when I open it, and errors when I search. Pretty disappointed.
I keep getting a notification telling me that my session has expired and to sign in again. When I try, I get the same notification. Not sure what to do.
Loved this app, when it worked. Tried to install it on my new phone, and it won't even open :/ Great if it works!
Amazing and easy search. Double check names before taking them to the temple. Always check for duplicates and accuracy.

This app is very helpful for finding your ancestors! And you hardly have to do any work in order to find them. They do it all for you. Other than the wait time, I love this app!

My experience with this app has been super. I have been able to do many temple names that I wouldn't have taken the time to research adequately.
So glad they fixed the Android 10 crashing problem. Love this app and what they're doing to make temple attendance easier.

This app is very helpful and useful. I really enjoy using this LDS Family History app for helping me find people on my family tree that needed temple work done. I highly recommend this app to anyone want to learn more about there family tree or need a faster way to find names to take to temple.
It helps me out withgetting names to do Baptisim for the dead early in the morning and I dont really need to get onto a computer to do the work I could just do it on the go.

Amazing how it finds individuals and you rdd connection to them, and shows ordinances tha th need to be done, and more ed....I love it
When it works, its great! Developers seem to respond in about a week, which is helpful. Occasionally it can get stuck (especially after an android update 🙄 which I blame android and t-mobile, who went from being behind on updates to hyper updating way too often). After my experience with the developer, I'd say, if it's not working, let them know. They seem reasonably responsive and oriented to get it working. This app is super resourceful coordinating work across the globe quick & efficiently.
