No works to me. After install it, ask for update, after 20 minutes try to download the new versions the progress bar still 0%

Professionals who travel a lot on business will use this app all the time to communicate. Its already a solid choice when I need to speak with friends abroad and get directions when I visit them!
Nothing says this is a subscription until you install it.
Heard of it, and I want to have it's experience.
I am over 2 weeks trying to get a response from their Fb /twitter/email channels - and Nothing - the app is not installing as official app source - there is a bug update u have to download before it will OPEN - and it's not loading correctly or connecting to a network normally !!! and I can't see any social media interaction from them from late last year -- what company is too busy to press a few like buttons in 6 months ??? -2 weeks already any not a single word translated Yet ( and the app is showing 20 min connected sending / receiving out data !! )
