8-24: No way to contact support, no way to contact the driver, and no way to start a dispute if the order is incorrect. To beat all else, the actual website's contact section isn't working at the time of this review. Update: It's now 9-13 and the website still doesn't work. The developer isn't responding to emails, either. I'm flagging the app as a scam.
They give no way to contact the driver if our order is wrong. and they rarely ever check to see if the delivered food is correct. we receive the wrong order more than the correct one.
For ordering for the first time it was great! I was a little suspicious at first but this is totally legit. There is nothing like Indian food delivered right to your door.
got an email to download the app and try the service...you dont deliver to my area....I live in central FL....so, yeah...👎

Absolutely the worse U don't want to work in a company that is ok with liars and a racist driver. And unless you want a new car or u want to be at the mechanic shop every month then you don't want to work here. I was falsely accused after working here 11months. By a another driver. Lonni had to cover up for her, so she pointed finger to chili's management. I called chili's corporate and I was told that they NEVER ACCUSED ME of what I was accused of. The truth was Morgan Thomas is a rasict liar.

After struggling to find delivery service in Bowling green, ky and having a bad experience with Grubhub (they cancelled my entire order and said goodbye just bc the restaurant was out of tuna) I googled Bowling Green delivery and found this company. They allowed me to change my order according to what the restaurant had available and the order was here in 40 minutes, which is the fastest Ive experienced from a delivery service. Very good and many options in the Bowling green area. I also noticed how they do not correlate with bad restaurants. ALL the restaurants on their list are highly rated😁
Takeout waiter is great! After a long day at work, the last thing I want to do is cook or drive anywhere. I want to stay at home and enjoy my favorite restaurant food. And takeout Waiter brings it right to my door?? Say what?! I said BINGO! I am hungry and calling takeout Waiter right away! It was the best choice I made. Try it! I have personally used this service for a very long time. Excellent customer service, friendly faces and spectacular food. Not to mention a wonderful cuisine selection. I've used Takeout Waiter a lot in several different cities and I've always had great service. Delivery time has always been good, the drivers are polite and when I've placed my order over the phone the ladies have been super nice and polite. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars, I would. Love Takeout Waiter!

The drivers are very nice and professional and always exceed my expectations! The restaurant choices are great. So happy to have Takeoutwaiter in Winston Salem NC. You have made a customer for life!! I love takeout waiter with a burning passion and now that it is in my life my only worry it that one day it will leave me. I rave about how great this service is and hope to see more restaurants on the takeout waiter list very soon. Delivery is always on time and the people are always super kind and well dressed to boot. If they sent me pamphlets I would give them out to every human I know just to make sure that this business grows and is around forever. Thank you takeout waiter. <3
We used this for the first time. We were told our food would get there in an hour to an hour and a half later. Our food finally arrived over 3 hours later then they charged us 3 times for there poor service. Don't not use.
My only problem is I wish Columbus, Ga had more restaurants! Fast & friendly delivery!
I wish there was a way to contact the drivers. One of the things I ordered didn't arrive and I only realized it when they left
Super easy to use, order to door in 30 min! Only reason I give 4 stars is the slim selection in my area compared to UberEATS. Otherwise, simply amazing.
The guys accent is very strong and he messed up my order because i believe the language difference i have no receipt so no real proof im so mad right now and the guy tried to convince me i was wrong NEVER AGAIN!!!

The app was easy to use. The time given for delivery was spot on. The food was hot and soooo delicious. The delivery person Apryl was awesome. I highly recommend.
Email updates for delivery progress is awesome! If you live in the Columbus, GA area, this app is 100% worth it for Samurai Sushi delivery!
This app is really easy to use. Only had a few people deliver to me, but they have all been nice. Never been disappointed. I had a question and the people that helped me were very helpful and friendly. Great service.
Don't order from them. If you have ANY issues with your order there's literally nothing you can do about it. My order was more than an hour late. There's no way to cancel and no way to contact your driver. They ignored my FB messages. Corporate doesn't respond to emails and their phone is out of service. Unbelievable. Seems like they're just out to take your money while providing the worst customer service.
