Alert!Worst tour operator ever!Booked a 1 day grand canyon south rim helicopter tour 6 days ago. And only to be notified less than 24 hours that helicopter was cancelled. Already booked the hotel in las vegas when tour finished, and the following air tickets. No reimbursement at all!! Nothing to do but stay in hotel whole day! If you want to have the same unexpected experience, continue to book with them.
We had a great experienced 9 days tour our guide Jason and driver Daniel did a great job to put us on safety always. Jason very professional guide, friendly and helpful. We will recommend this tour to everyone who want to see 10 cities in 9 days. We loved all the places we visited even it was raining some other days. Amazing thank you take tour.

We had to get on a different bus at first IT was a night mare ...then we finally got to our bus and met our tourer guide. Chloe Long. she is GREAT.. we had a great time..
I have the tour to Niagara Falls (4days tour) with my family. It is very nice tour and the guide was dealing friendly and I suggest this tour to any family like to enjoy and join beautiful attractions.

I see customer service is poor and l bought ticket dc to newyork 267 and I extended for three week they told me penalty $46 and I agree that unfortunately they charge me extra $38 Finally I checked the price online in my travel day the pirce is the same but still charge me $38 without any reason as well as there is no responsible person to speak your issue I never recommended my friends

The latest version is buggy. Nothing happens on clicking the search results from destination. And on typing the destination it says to select destination from drop-down.

The tour we had to San Francisco was not become a memorable one. The moment we reach each destinations, we have to move quickly because of the short time alloted on each places. In short, we didn't even enjoyed the places in SFO. Also, the bus driver was reckless, specially when we went to Yosemite. It was terrible. Lastly, the bus we rode was not good. The seats were unfomfortable , they should have a comfy seats, specially if they have a long trips.
