I heard that talabetey is very good and reliable food delivery service in Sudan, so i downloaded the app and did everything that the app wanted me to do and gave the app the permissions that it asked for.The use of application is very bad and it's a trash experience in sudan. It not working properly,i wrote a number but no message was sent to me,I spent hours trying to do that. Some of the places are open while in the app it says it is closed. Overall.... Very Bad EXPERIENCE
The worst by far delivery service. You started out just fine, but now I can't imagine you can get worse. I already uninstalled your app. It is not about the app, it is about the service itself. For weeks every time I order the order is cancelled because "one of my order items is not available ", "the restaurant cancelled the order", "no delivery person is available ". one order took two hours to be canceled at the end. If I could give you zero starts I would have.
Don't use the app, they have no cancelation option, and if you send a complaint, your orders will be rejected, cheap and useless app 🇸🇩
You Can't schedule the order and the application without support chat feature as it important and a must with such service Applications.
Ordered a pizza, after waiting for an hour and a half the app showed that it was delivered even though I didn't get anything, I received no calls from the delivery driver or anyone, had to call customer service and ask what's happening, after calling the restaurant they said that they received no order to my address. They asked me if I'd want another one -that's another 40 minutes waiting- I refused cause it was already too late. Never using it again.
You need to update the app.. Some prices aren't correct including the some food meals isn't exactly from the restaurant and you get end up paying double for such meal. Awful service with some of the customer agents and are very rude. I don't know who is the owner of such app but they should fire some of their customer agents who are rude on the phone. You can't expect to get more customers if you your agents are rude and very horrible when communicating with a customer. Very disappointing!!
Delivery fees are increasing day by day, way cheaper to just call the restaurant directly. Needs to be fixed honestly or it would not be worth it to use this app.
The app is working fine but there's no one to deliver the food
After giving order i received a call and they said they will send my order in 25 minutes but from last night 7 till now next day it's 12 i haven't received any order nor a call. The worst experience I've ever had. Thanks to Google because they have given feedback and rating option.
a strang app appears on my phone (woodpecker) is the name ... when i delete it a masseg shows: this app is related to talabatey and when i confirm the delete bothe apps disappears
Delivery price was inaccurate and I've called the call center and they mentioned they will fix the issue and they haven't done anything. Last experience with Talabatey was bad unfortunately!
Worst customor service ever.. There was a problem with each order!! Obligatory changing the delivey cost after accepting the order!! Delaying in order delivey!! The problems in more than one city!!!
No support! They call you for bringing food and then they cancel it. No phone number for contact with them!
It's a great app, when it works, unfortunately, the app blocked my number and told me to "call Talabatey" but didn't give me a number to call them in :(
I've deleted the app due to the notifications bills sound, so please do the needful to stop this noisy sound as soon as possible.
Today am uninstalling the app because it suddenly went crazy, am getting a new notification every second that I can now order from restaurants and it is really annoing !
Worst food delivery app in the world, it just takes one hour till they only approve your order, i suggest everyone to use any other app or just call the restaurants directly than using this miserable app
There is no option to disable this annoying voice notification

Don't waste your time using this app everything is wrong I hate it، If you order a sandwich it will arrive in an hour and a half if you are lucky

I don't know whats the point of forcing me to order from one place only! I can't gather one order from different places... then what's the benifit of this App? Just to list resturants? I'm disappointed..

I use this in Iraq The last times i order the food delivered burning and cold The last time I order fries and 4 cheese sauce when it delivered there was no fries and no cheese sauce and we pay the price on the bill and they write 6 cheese sauce and fries we pay 8000 IQD from the total price for nothing we call the restaurant they said they don't have contact with the company and the app don't have any number to contact
