Tales of Illyria:Destinies

This game is really addictive. It deserves 5 stars for the game play, design, realisation and contents, despite a somewhat awkward interface. A must game if you like old school games that left your imagination create the world for you. A warning though: you should manually save as soon as possible, I discovered that the autosave was not working until I manually saved once. Try to also limit the maximum number of autosaves in the options, and save often.

I'm still playing this game until today. I haven't even finished it. I really enjoy the settings, characters, interactions; anything it has in the game. But something annoyed me. Sometimes when I open the game, the screen suddenly resized and the game won't be displayed as full screen. The game was displayed smaller on the top-left side of screen, even though I have activated "full screen apps" from Samsung Game Launcher. Same thing happened to both of the other Tales of Illyria games. I'm using Samsung Galaxy A71.

Interesting game, if you are into visual storytelling and RPG games this is the game for you. The world along with the quests and a ton of random encounters are really interesting and keep you hooked. Some nice additions would be: •Option to remove animations since they get a bit tiring after a while • Autosave after random encounters because That's my opinion so far, it's a really nice game.

This game was kind of fun and engaging. The story is well written too. Fighting style sort of reminded me a little of FF7 which is never a bad thing. My only complaint would be the monster difficulty needs to be a bit more scaled. Too many times was I adventuring and just get squashed by some random encounter that seemed way to difficult to just spawn out of no where. It caused me to have to save/load too much during my adventure just to keep my progress.

One of the most fun and entertaining games I have found for Android. The gameplay is reminiscent of old classic PC games like Oregon Trail and a few others. The turn based combat is automated though it can be played manually. There are a variety of interesting events some based on karma and some based on what nation you have better relations with. The events are well written, companions offer interesting stories. My one small gripe is that there is a sound bug in the party menu since the update.

Have played it off and on for about 3 or so years and it's a stellar RPG! Only problem lately is the crazy, high pitched, sound that pop up when I open the menu. I have a Samsung 10 so that may be a problem. Thank you for the wonderful game and for keeping up with it over the years!

Alright the game is good and the storyline and the battle and traveling but its missing something and its the achievement Google play achievement or in-game achievement what ever second the crashing I have an Oppo A53 and Everytime I meeting the candy man it automatically generated an email then kicked me out which is annoying and I keep doing it and it keeps generating!!! Third sometimes when I buy an item with the candy man the game crashes and of course I have to travel there again!!!

i really love the style, but it's *painfully* laggy on a Samsung Galaxy A6 tablet (10 inch, a relatively performant device), maybe 4 FPS, with each combat round with 2 combatants taking at least 10 seconds. After losing my wolf companion without a confirmation prompt because i tapped the "dismiss" button (thinking it meant "dismiss this dialog box"), i can't be bothered to load the 10-minute-old auto-save and hope to get him back. So much for the extra IAP gold i purchased.

The game just kept kicking me out of the game whenever I touched my screen. Tried it on multiple devices. It's a broken port of something different. Even when I tried to get through everything by not touching anything on multiple high end devices, every time the game just stuttered and lagged and crashed. Plus, for the short intro sequence it played, all the music sounded like it came from The Room which is fun, but odd. It's just... a broken game.

Just bought the kit bundle and quest bundle, well worth the money paid. Though i accidentally sold away one of the double sword and i cant but it back. 😭 Also, the quest bundle should have more than 1 ring and amulet. Gold isn't that hard to earn but losing a pile of it due to some weird encounter (Can't remember which) is really painful. I bought 2k coins but seems like its not really that worth buying. Wish it was more coin for the amount i paid. Or some extra freebies for buying 2 bundles.

Pretty frustrated... I really want to play this game based on the amazing reviews, and I bought the app. When I go to install it, I get through the first part of installation without problems, but part 2 gets a little bit done and then says the file is corrupted. Heeeelp meeeeee. EDIT: Dev got back to me super quickly, was really helpful. I can't emphasize enough how great of a game and team this is. Just wow.

After 4 days of playing. Finally finished the game. 42 hours of playing and still wanting more. I thought this was part 1. Lols. Time to play 1 and 2. I don't think there's a new game plus mode. I wanted to start this game again with a little bonus for finishing the game. Can't seem to find if there really is a new game plus on guides i read. Awesome game thou. Cant wait for part 4.

I recently refound this game and remain disappointed. It's too hard for enjoyment in my opinion. You don't earn alot of experience, traveling is super-duper dangerous in most cases and horses are kinda worthless beyond moving faster. Retrying fights leave your team with minimal health which makes the fight even harder. All in all, The game should be fun if only the combat was more forgiving!

What the F*&$! I really loveD this game. I had purchased the armor pack that let me find the items in shop across the kingdoms and save up fir there purchase. It WAS challenging but rewarding. I got a new phone a bit ago and It took some time to start from scratch again. I started last weekend and I have been dumbstruck and confused ever since. I don't what happened but now I have to save after every encounter because chances are 1in 3 I will get RAT F#(/ed 2 miles later. Now the joy is gone....

I really love this game. Exactly the type I was looking for. The graphics, ui and performance could do with an update but other than that, the game play itself is so rewarding and fun. Well done, hope you guys are still in the game making business.

It lagging on my Huawei nova 3i, and everytime I open map or menu on a trail I got this annoying weird screeching beep sounds. the game simply become unplayable. it run perfectly on my old phone which is less powerful than my current one. and the case is apply to the first episode too. I don't want to ask for a refund because I love this game. so I'll wait and hope the game will be playable on the next update. and please put the episode 2 back on store.

after multiple save reloads i have crawled my way up to max level. Getting armor with high resistance to poison fire and etc. really helps. I have bought the dlc, the price is fair and it did not disappoint. The armor dlc is helpful and the giant expansion got me hooked in this game. Wishing for more future updates and expansions in the future. kudos to the devs for a job well done.

Love it. Work around for nasty sound in some areas of game. At main menu go to setting and disable music. Sound is all good just no music. Maybe help the developers narrow Issue. I also have samsung although it is a note 10 plus. Seems same is as fella with a10e or whatever so my guess something with this app and Samsung.

It's the best RPG for android. The game is infinite and there are always something happening. Sadly, the last update make the game lag a little in travels... a good alternative is buy the game to support the developer and download the version 6.76 from other place. I only wish there are more info about the game... like changelog and other things. For now, I can confirm 14 characters to recruit.

Very fun, you can play it in so many ways and choose so many paths it has a lot of replayability and while it does have in game purchases they are not 100% forced on you. This does have expansions/dlc and this game can take quite a long time for completion. Love it.

Easily deserves a 5 star rating. Grat artwork and writing and although I am new to this series, near endless opportunities for experimentation with your party and play styles. Quite dark in places but also with some genuine laugh out loud moments (Offering to help take an arrow out of a mans... play and see, ouch though!). Overall a fantastic rpg, great work devs.

I brought the game because i really interested by the style of gameplay this game had which is quite different from others mobile games however i rate it 3 star because i think the game still need alot of improvement, i noticed some of the helmets are not showing when it is equipped and the equipment image doesn't quite fit with the body which make it a bit awkward and the game balance is also really bad like the characters Keep miss alot despite having 10 agility i hope it get fix soon

own all 3 games. destinies definitely my favorite of the series. nice amount of party members to recruit i love that. the difficulty is definitely there. nice to see rpg were the player has to THINK and plan every battle. nowadays rpgs you auto or mash x button win. i bought all the bundles in support :) my only suggestion would be if you guys can increase in battle speed, that would be my fivestar rating then. thanks little killerz awesome series!

The best game for me on Android. However 4 stars as it lags real bad every 30 seconds or so on my S20. For those getting the wall of garbled text you can just press the back button; it will go away and the main menu will show. Overall I have always loved all the Illyria games and I was really disappointed when they got taken down a while ago. But I'm so happy now that they're back! I hope you can release a new episode sometime soon! All the best guys!

This is one of the best made games I've seen in the app store in a long time. While the plot is a bit generic due to the setup, there's a lot of stuff to keep you going. World building is great, combat is good once you get the hang of it and it's fun seeing how things progressed from game to game
