Best story in the mobage market, on par with console JRPGs. That says a lot. Not a fan of its "combat" but the story was so good, it didn't bother me. Truly lived up to the tales franchise's storytelling. You will be missed.
A great game, I had so much fun with the game while the servers where still live. I'm a long supporting Tales series fan and I honestly want and wish it will make a come back especially since we don't have many Tales games outside of Japan
it was the first and best mobile game i ever played. its been gone for 2 years, and it still hurts. rip ToL, you will always be misses.

Love this game. I managed to beat the last boss. It was a beautiful ending. Afterwards, the server went down for good.
Loved the game so much. I hate that it shut down, since I played everyday for the entire time the game operated.
Managed to clear story mode 23 hours before Servers down, still miss playing in 2020. Never learned what became of Mil and Marishiba I was too sad to play Tales of Rays.

Realized that the original Japan server also close down on the same date as the global version as I can read Japanese in their official site. At least give us the last 2 chapters from the Japan server to play plus a few more units before termination. Please don't shut down any more of your games as I loved all of them.
I'm sad this game is closing down, but i never really played it i'm still on roard road. So someone please tell me the plot or were i can find the plot of this game. Original review below I download the game and HAY. Automatically just gets jumped into the tutorial. At this point i am confused. They then explain some things and i am less confused. The the cat/dog spirit with a smartphone oh wait i mean smartphon because lols has that where its name tag would be is just a magical device. I am very confused.
I have played Tales of Link for a very long time and I really wish we would get more info on why the game is shutting down I feel like there is no way the game is loosing money even if the player base is small. Even so It as been a great time. To Bandai Namco and everyone who played the game THANK YOU!!! I had a blast trying to make my perfect Tales of team. TOL provided so much enjoyment in my life, from the story to all the fun and crazy events I truly did enjoy my time with the game. My only regret is that ill never have the max limit break (Flash of White) Milla.
Another tales game beaten. To say the game left me without tears would be a lie. I'm glad BandaiNamco fixed the disconnection problem completely. I was hoping for a great end and I got one. It was worth the hero stones. While I still think the difficulty is a bit too steep, it really hammers home how helpless you can feel. I'm glad I got to meet another set of amazing characters. Zephyr(Lillium), Sara, Kana, and of course Allen(Calo). It would be nice to see them referenced in the future, or TOL for console? Either way, the game is perfect, and ended just the same 9.5/10. Great story writing, accompanied with great music score, makes every scene in the game memorable. Awesome job team.
A thing isn't beautiful because it lasts. It's a privilege to be able to play this game. And yes, before anyone ask, I did copy-paste-modify the quote from The Vision. Because that's the only thing that came to my mind after this game ends.
This game is amazing fun with a great story involving old tales characters and original ones from Link. I am truely sad that this game is getting shut down and i wish it could stay around for much longer than it did. Here's to Tales Of Link! Farewell my dear friend ❤
I have been playing this game for quite long, and to say that I'm surprised by the latest news is understatement. It breaks my heart. Sorry for not giving proper comment before this but please know that I really love this game. The main story turns surprisingly dark as we progress, the kind that I never expected before from Tales of Link. Then suddenly I realize that this is Tales series, I should have expected the surprising twist. For anyone who keeps skipping the story please stop it and read the story. It is beautiful. Make sure you don't regret losing this game without even knowing what the real story is. Thanks dev, it is a wonderful experience!
The only way that one is able to keep up with the events is to have a good amount of time in the game already. The difficulty right now doesn't welcome new players very much. There shouldn't even be 3* on summons, and 5* rate is absurd
It was a great time while the servers were up. They ended it in the best way possible making all your past work mean something by using old event items to get all the characters for its last 3 months.
