This apps, making problem after new update. Its doesnt work prooerly with blueyooth headphones. You could here till ri ging on otherside. Whenever they axept your call the bluetooth headphones doesnt work. Need to imorove. I am using this apps since few years. But last few days i am having this problem..

The app works. But be careful, if you buy call bundle and you make calls with it, it doesn't tell you the call minutes left in your bundle. You would still have the original bundle untouched and before you realise, they would take all the bundles and the credit balance left in your account. Very tricky. Almost a scam. Very bad experience.

Very bad. I have not been able to make calls for days now. I recharged £15 and am still been told I don not have airtime that I should do a top up. Have sent emails no response. Once am able to make use of this credit, I will uninstall the app and will not recommend it to anyone. This is a very horrible experience so far. And it si so frustrating.

Please don't use this app. It is glitchy as hell. I accidentally loaded 3 lots of £5 because the app told me each load had failed - lo and behold, there was £15 worth of credit. Excellent. I tried to use the credit to make calls, but every single time the line dropped. I think overall I tried about 50 times. Emailed to ask for a refund, was told "to continue trying the app". Once more asked for a refund (!) and they've stopped responding. July Update: still refusing to give refund.

I used this up in Italy and it seemed to have been better. I am currently in the UK and when I tried to make a call, it is either the count down starts before the person start talk and sometimes the person never response and yet my credit is gone. Top it up and have not been able to make one successful call.

I deleted this app about 1year ago when I was having issues. i decided to install today, it's been a harrowing experience. It goes off and on, i sometimes don't hear what the receiver was saying and the receiver not hearing me. I top up £10 bundle and I am not enjoying it at all. I might delete it after the expiration of my bundle.

Why is this talk home app sooooo bad? For the past one year now this app is getting bad every day, it should be improving in technology and connecting, but is not, is getting very bad day by day. For example, I have not been able to make a call for the past 4days, when I place my call the app will decline and end the call immediately. I thought it was my phone I restart my phone just in case, still the same issue I unstall the app and install back still the same issue. Very disappointing app❌

The worse calling app ever. Bought a 500 minutes bundle but couldn't use even 5 minutes cos of bad connection and rarely my calls get connected and when it does there is no sound. Changed handset just to make sure it wasn't phones fault. But still same result. Definitely not recommend it.

This App and the service provider is totally rubbish. I should have read the reviews before buying their bundles. for three days now, I have not been able to send airtime to my sister in Africa. I tried to call the Customer Service, there was no one to answer my call. I send an email, only after two day they replied and was saying nonsense. The technical problem is still on going till now. I will never use them again once my bundle finishes.

Really really bed service and it is not possible to connect with bluetooth during the call. signals are very very poor. call disconnected after each 15 minutes. too bad. i was using this app then i give up coz of poor quality calling again i start using but still very poor quality of call.

Waste of money! The sound quality is really bad, you can't recognise anyone with his/her voice and you cant hear each other at times Moreover, sometimes it will connect you to different person though 100% you are calling to the right number, some random people will speak to you in a language even you don't understand. Everytime they connect you even to the wrong person or line they keep deducting your account balance. Also, they rates in the app are not true.I send two emails,but no response

I ended up with £15 when I tried to top up the 1st time. I kept getting the response - top up failed. I gave up after the 3rd try only to find out I ended with £15 when I only wanted to top up only £5. I emailed customer service with no response. I feel ripped off. Has the system been set to rip people off? I cannot wait to use the credit piled up through no fault mine and uninstall the app. I downloaded this app to make emergency overseas not for social calls.

Please do not download, I was trying to top up £10 and there was a glitch on the system saying payment not made. I was charged £30 on top. Very disappointing would not recommend. Also it does not give you an option to see how much credit you have left.

Used to be good and value for money despite using users data for connection. Other free apps does the same, connects with users data. They have lately been reaping me off. I load £20 for 400 minutes to be used within 30 days, only to find my credit finishes after two short calls. Ridiculous.

Overall not good service, sometimes need important call but Don't going. Just waste your time

An absolute rip off calling to Russia. The app in fact charges more than the card for whatever reason: £9 bought me 45 mins, whilst £5 card would allow me to talk for 30 mins. Still, too expensive and sometimes, even when had over 2 quid credit left, a week later it would say I've got 65p or so left. So thanks but no thanks. Found a better app out there.

dont waste your money on this app.you can make call only with wife with sim internet you cant make call.customer care service is also rubbish dont cant get any help from customer care.

service is getting worst nowadays making a call now is becoming difficult always saying call failed, the same thing with my wife own and this is not the first time it does that most of the time. Your customers service phone number is not working and you guys don't respond to your email which is really bad, I will observe your service for one month if the bad service continues I will have to look for another better service.

The audio qulaity for this call app is not good. I struggle to hear whom I am talking with when placing an international call withis app. I purchased a 60 minutes bundle and wanted to add another one, but was denied with the following message "Maximum number of bundles reached" even though I had enough credit sitting in my "Use Account Balance". It would be be more honest and transparent of the App developers to let users know in advance that such limitations exist, rather than peddle the idea that there is no contract or restrictions imposed when using their app. Furthermore, there is no reference to this limitation in their FAQs section of their website. I have used many call apps in the past including most recently Rebtel. They appear to have issues with candidness and transparecny over the use of their apps. So TalkHome, do you think it is possible to objectively set out terms and condition of use of the 'BUNDLES' on your webiste and app? For the audio issues and feeling slightly mislead about the BUNDLES I will only be rating this app a 3 star. Will revist and upgrade star rating onces points raised has been satisfactorily addressed.

I give this app a 1 star rating cos it is useless to make calls. The app call numbers that you have called before, voice clarity is zero and I need to always uninstall to hang up on any call I made. When I don't uninstall, it keep connecting me to previous number. Useless app overall.

One of the worst app ever used. It rings once and off. When it does ring or connect you won't hear a single word from the other end, but your credit is being used. I wasted £5 credit not being to talk to anyone I ever called.

There are two problems with this app . First If i top up 1 one euro to Afghanistan, either pakistan the talk home converts it to hundreds Pakistanis currency and the same amount of Afghanistan currency, which has the double price of afghan currency and this is not fair. and the second problem is that I can not top up to pakistan. Please solve this issue ASAP. Thanks

This is very very rubbish app for international call how many times I have to call but the both side did not hear nothing why?

It's useless sometimes it doesn't connect but sometimes it connects and the per son is talking, and the system saying you can't connect with them. What the hech. Right now I am hating this app

Non existent customer service. Its been two days I put a complaint through via an email and no response, not even an acknowledgement. I have spoken to their customer service at several occasions and they are very non professional. Avoid this app specially if you buy bundles as you wouldn't get the promised minutes.

I tried the App but the sound quality is very bad, however i spoke (through online chat) to an advisor who helped me get the pin so i could call the normal way (like we used to when using the paper card of dialling the number) so atleast the money was still used. I will stick to the old fashioned way of calling cards. Thank you very much Ismail Younus for your help👍

This is one of the best on the market. Only one bug: on my Galaxy S9, after every call the proximity sensor is still on. So, after each use of this app I have to restart the phone.

People are paying you money. You are making a lot of money. Do not be mean, tightfisted and stingy and fix the app. When going to the last called numbers Sometimes it shows that name of the called person ID, AND MOST OF THE TIMES IT DOESN'T. WHEN a called person has multiple numbers, your app will confuse you and will only show the name and leaving you to figure out the rest. I know if you make money, you must spend money to invest back in your investment to make it better and make it work. 😤😤

I have bad experience with this app. This app keep changing you and you can not check why. No option in app to check where your balance been use , very unfair app. Never recommend this to any one . Even one be careful from this app . No help line number , no option to check where your balance gone , unfair charges, and so on . In simple word this app is a big black hole 🕳
