Love the idea but the execution is bad. When the app functions it is pretty good aside from a few mistakes in translation. My Chinese tutor explained that they say tangerine instead of orange as the page states in English. Other than that the app crashes or won't load more often than it works. Often I cannot get the recordings to play. Very disappointing 😞 I do love the talk box mission and it's monthly sub but the app has been awful simply because it doesn't work very often.
I don't know what happened. The app was great, but now it won't let me phrases to add them to my learning list. I tried uninstalling it and installing again, & no luck. Then I downloaded it on my tablet and I can't even load the phrase pages for challenge 1. The instruction video populates but I can't get past this. The app keeping track of our learning phrases was an essential tool for me. Without it, it's troublesome to have to remember all the phrases we have and have not mastered
Good app, extremely poor performance. Trying to get into a box requires about a full minute to load the challenges and its like that everywhere on the app. It's so slow its basically unusable for me. Might need to up your server speeds or capacity? I don't know, but it's bad.
This is an amazing app for learning another language! I've tried other language curricula but I've never been able to actually start speaking another one until I found TalkBox.Mom. In only a couple of weeks, my 4yo son and I can say several things and can hold short conversations. He can understand more that he speaks but he is picking it up so well. I play the phrases in the car while we drive, we learn together! Chinese and Spanish! Highly recommend!
I LOVE Talkbox!! And this app is why: native speakers to help at the push of a button, wonderful boxes designed to make it simple to learn to speak (out loud!!) And teach you the language for real.
Best foreign language learning app! It is beautiful and very easy to use. My family is learning Spanish with Talkbox.mom and the app is so helpful! Highly recommend this app alongside the boxes!

What is this fake app? I installed it and it asks me to log in?? Login what since it's the first time I'm opening this? I can only assume these are fake reviews.
A great addition to an awesome program! It's easy to save phrases you're currently learning as well as review phrases you've learned in the past. It's nice to be able to look up a phrase anytime, anywhere. The app has had issues or gone down a couple times, however the support team is always quick to let customers know what's going on and fix the issue.
