What is the problem app isn't working loading 2hr and still loading

Spent Ages trying to set up/register account due to issues capturing photo ID via their system...It should never be this hard to register with any company!!! Customer service Team are very slow to reply back to emails. Thankfully, there are other services more efficient that don't require you to jump through as many hoops when signing up. Talk Remit - Thanks but No Thanks.

Using Talkremit few weeks ago, difficult to transfer and they just block me with no concrete reason and their staffs cannot give any reason for blocking me. They hold my money for 3 to 4 days without successful transaction. I have to send email to them, to return my money back to my account. Not Really Reliable

Is a good app. I like it. Only the exchange rate is little bit down. The only problem I have seen is the reviewing process takes many hours to finish. I would be very glad if it can be cut down to 30 minutes provider if the person have already provided the necessary documentation.

Really frustrated with this - input phone and email to register but it came up with "unknown error". Then when I try to register again it says the user already exists. If I try to log in with the same details it says user does not exist! Stupid bug please fix

It won't update. But I contacted customer service and the problem was solved quickly. Thank you

TFP Terribly Flawed Processes!! They would hold onto your money with out passing it to beneficiary. Then they will send you an email saying hey do you mind sending us some ID, when they should have done that in the registration process. Oh if email goes to your junk mail good luck. I uploaded ID, money was not sent. Contacted by phone & chat. Requested send or cancellation. Conclusion both on set of staff confirmed ID. Not able to cancel or send. TFP Terribly Flawed Processes!!

I have been using other remittance platform but was first introduced to TalkRemit last year. I found the service very efficient, competitive, easy to use and generally easier than others. well done to the team keep working hard.

The app will ask you the state of your residency in US but there's no states listed and you can't write it manually. Ridiculous!

Totally trusted. But although the first 2 transactions were completed instantly the next 2 were pending for 5 days before being completed. Kinda annoying that they never told me why but at least I got the money after all :)

Hello talkremit team, I have been using this App since I found and I was happy with this online service I invited friends and I haven't received any bonus . This App sometimes is not available or working I struggle to use it I can see that there is increased amount of fee which is too much more than double with out any notice and I think you will double again so I'm not happy with these things. Thanks

Bad bad bad, my sister send me money since yesterday and they have debited her and hold the money without sending it to me...and she message them and they ask so many questions and needed her I'd which she send already and they send her email that money have be released and approved. But have not got money in my account, too bad don't use this site very poor Network and transferring system.

Poor customer service, the app support chat never respond, Requests for new documents out of the blue. The app is easy to use but when it comes to deal with staff it is a disaster.

Account was terminated for no valid reason. Often slow and failed transactions. Worked well for a while but has completely lost it.

Very good and easy to use app. Just that you need to chat them up most time before your money is paid out . I am guessing its for security reasons, because after few questions, the money is then released.

Your application has had its golden days. However, I have been experiencing a hold up on my transaction over the 2 months. A remit transaction should have been seamless. Nonetheless, your Customer Service is excellent.

The experience I had with this app was that my money was not good enough to use this app as they turned me down to business.... Therefore it was a waste of my time even installing the app... I wish they did a negative score for this app...

I have downloaded and registered but failed to get verified. I have been waiting for an SMS until exhausted. Please to automatically receive the verification code.

Not really use the app . But most of the messages I received from them went straight to the spam. It give me concerns if they're really genuine. Pls confuse why all your email went directly to spam.

The worst and the poorest money transfer i have ever used. I wouldn't recomend to anyone. It doesn't even deserve 1Star. It's about 10days waiting my refund and they are not sure even where that money is. For several call, i didn't get clear Information.👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

The app is very good; But verifying the account takes ages! It's useless, I've already switched to another service.

I wish there is a zero star to give to this app, its been three days my mum waiting to receive money to the hospital and my money is still pending. I asked customer service to cancel the order so i can use other app but still nothing has been done.. Now my money is stuck with them whilst my mum is dieing... I regret ever downloading this app..

Great new app for money transfers. You can top up your wallet and send money quickly on your mobile. It's really easy to use.

I sent money to my family and the transfer was held. Next thing I was informed that the transaction was declined. Why was the money not refunded back? I am truly pissed off!!! If I am sending thousands of pounds I will understand the essence of the transfer being controlled but all I sent was £50.

SCAM! This company will hold your money for weeks and will not refund you unless you bombard them with emails and calls. Awful customer service, useless app. Do not let them use your money.

Am just so fed up getting so many emails claiming free transfer and when I compare with other is exactly the same but alhamdullah is convenient send online although the app needs improvement
