TalkU Free Calls +Free Texting

I've had the same free phone number for over 5 years now. I usually have to pay once per month. Great for free phone, but expect to pay. If you don't have the time to check in daily or do a free offer, u will end up paying for this free phone service. Plus, most of the offers for credits are impossible to complete, within given time. They used to not have so many ads, but now an ad pops up when I open the app, and haven't even used the phone or text. Paying customers should get NO ads!

The inferface looks great and the fouctions are good as well. I love its free calling app. this free calling app works really great and I like it a lot. It did a really good job Better than others, you can call and receive calls right away. other free phone number apps require you to call 1st in order to receive calls.

If leaving a no star review was an option I would. For me this app was confusing. I ended up with 2 ph #s with 2 different plans. I was charged $9.99 monthly twice and also $14.99 (+tax both) for a yearly subscript that then required additional purchases of credits to use. Never able to use either. I emailed support about not being abl to use the prime# and received very generic answers. I guess since it was not an easy fix and asked for a refund on one they decided to stop responding.

Ok it's free but the free app drops calls, can't hear the other person or vice versa. The ads are OMG TOO MUCH! You have to download some kind of game and complete what is written in order to obtain credit or you can always buy some. Lol 3.99 a wk yeah I'd have to see that first and decide if it's worth it. They keep asking me to rate it okay. The free version makes you feel like smashing your phone. Is that good enough? Know what I'm saying fellow gamers.

I just want to know if I am going to continue to be charged for the Unlimited Calling Plan and Premium Number in two payments, or if your service charges for the use of both in one payment. If the first case is true, I was charged right. If the second case is true, I was charged double and would like a refund. I would give a higher rating if your feedback reporting feature in app worked.

Overall the service is good for being free. Well it’s a good calling app to text on I like it much better than talkatone. I would definitely recommend this free calling app. Hope you all like this after using it.You can use the free calling app as long as you have WiFi. Talkatone also syncs everything to desktop when you log in from there

WOW !!!!! I've been using this calling app for the past month. it's been the perfect solution for me, a free us phone number and the ability to send and receive texts and maps. Love it. Wish it was updated with more features!

Now, for only $1.99 + $3.99 per month, I get a stable number, voice mail transcription, call forwarding, and other fantastic services, as well as no advertising (which were never bothersome anyhow). That's less than $6.00 per month for a full-featured VOIP service with crystal-clear calls, MMS texting, an address book, unlimited domestic calling, voice mail, and customizable choices like ringtones, among other things. I can't get over how amazed I am. App is fantastic.

So, if you're going to use talku calling app, I highly recommend this free texting and calling app. I've had some issues as well, but I've had a prompt and responsive inquiry into the nature of an ongoing issue, which was properly rectified. Most of the connections are correct. It's a terrific alternative to the large box corporate institutions that squander every coin and dime for basic services by providing a personal contact number.

This is a good free calling app, and it's extremely beneficial for me and my brother, however the problem is that it sends our mother a lot of emails. Simple and straightforward. There are no limits to how many calls you can make. It does not connect to another number that you must answer first, like some others do. What a fantastic app!! This free texting and calling app is actually fantastic; the ads aren't intrusive, and calling and messaging are completely free!

I absolutely adore this calling app; it's fantastic! Amazing goods is referred to as amazing. I was around three years old at the time, and this free calling app worked perfectly for me, allowing me to connect to Wi-Fi! I use this free calling app to get a phone number in the United States. With it, I was able to get Whatsapp Business. I can phone, text, and so forth... everything works perfectly. It comes highly recommended from me.

My phone screen died and I'm waiting on the replacement to arrive since it's under warranty. A friend gave me his old phone as a decent stand in, but it's locked and he can't get it to the store until the end of the week. But with Talk U, I can still call and text and credits are EASY to get without even paying for them! Calls are so clear, it's better than my usual carrier. Totally thinking about keeping my Talk U # active after I get my phone working again as my local #.

I was admitted to emergency verge of a heart failure. My android had 3% and I didn't have charger. However, battery on my tablet was 93%. I installed 2 other free text & talk apps, but too many permissions requested, Talku app, easy install no hassle setup. It was ready for me to use, before I even knew. I was negative nelly, but thank goodness it worked perfect. Was in Hospital 5 days, not once did it ask for the moon. I TRULY RECOMMEND THIS APP.

I would rate this app a zero if possible. I made an account to try it out. When signing up it stated Free 3 Day Trial THEN 49.99 /6mo. So I signed up think I have 3 days to try it out to see if I like it or not. Within minutes I decided I did not like it and was not for me. I went to cancel the subscription and it stated I had been charged $54.86 for the 6 months and no refund would be issued. This is false advertising. I took a screen shot as proof of wording which I am unable to post here.

The app makes calls and texts fine, but the interface is super cluttered and distracting, sent me notifications I didn't want, and gamifies a credits system to make and received those calls and texts. Way too stressful on every level

I have used this APP since 2020 and overall call quality has always been poor. I'm an American man living in China and used TalkU primarily to call my family and friends in the USA. This service is cheaper than calling directly from your telecom provider. You might purchase a phone number expecting to use it for various text messaging services required by foreign platforms like Google, local bank, etc… and you will find most platforms will reject the TalkU phone number. Overall score 1/5 stars.

I've texted a LOT with this app. Really not too many ads. I suggest paying just a little and getting WAY more than you need and great service too at a fraction of the cost of regular cell service. These guys developed an excellent service. Best texting app I've ever used.

When I don't have access to a phone, talku calling app is fantastic. When I lose my phone, run out of minutes, or don't have access to my cell phone for whatever reason, text now is the best backup. It's incredible; we didn't have anything like this before, therefore I'm grateful for it and have used this fantastic free texting and calling app multiple times.

I enjoy being able to communicate with others using my sumsung. During the pandemic, it makes a huge difference! Always there, and works when I need it; always reliable, high speech quality; always there, and works when I need it. It's quite useful to have. I've been using this in addition to my regular line. It performs admirably for me.

talkatone is very helpful in times like these. Love the free phone number. this free calling app actually works great. I would surely recommend this free calling app. The only thing that's a disadvantage is talkatone screen to sign in/sign out and you can't place a call for awhile This is awesome VIOP on ipod touch

The free phone number is really amazing, It’s free and the service is amazing, I love this free calling app. So affordable and easy to use no tricks nor gimmicks. Truly reliable. The best texting app by far!! Wish I could get my old number back or customize my own but other wise this is the best! AMAZING better than burner.
