Tally on Mobile: Biz Analyst

I'm using biz analyst since 2020 and liked it very much, but since you guys started displaying the irritating msg of collecting payments faster, which needs to close everytime, it's disturbing, also today when I started sending payment reminder the app closes with every reminder I send. It is again very irritating. We expect updation for a smooth experience, but all yours updations are even more disturbing. Do something about it or our company will leave using it.

App is good.. there are still a few minor bugs. Which are resolvable. And the new auto invoice share feature would better if ut could be shared thru whatsapp. And the autoshare invoice is not displaying proper details like. Company's gst number.. overall the app is veryy much helpfull

If you are planning to use this as a sales App, there are so many glitches and frequent issues with the App. Customer care takes their own sweet time to answer the query. Resolution takes forever.

Not helpful if you are looking forward for using it as a sales tool. Also I find there's lot of scope of improvement and making the app user friendly for accounting as well.

Look like three app is designed for looks only. Everything looks beautiful but all the data is incorrect, mismatch nothing works. Not Usable.

Nice app makes my work more easy. But we can't set any default settings in it. For owner it's easy but for my salesman he feel slightly difficult as there is no default one

Highly unprofessional application, I would not recommend any business organisation to get associated with this application, it affected my work efficiency,was not expecting thi standard of tally, entirely waste of mony.

Basic features missing top 3 i can point is 1. receipt has no details like the invoice date of the adjusted invoice 2. Can't find the cumulative total of the pending receivables 3. Print format comes in a5 size for portable printer. Raised so many tickets for a basic request and getting reply as it is been considered as feature request and will be updated soon... Customer service is poor each time I need to explain the entire scenario for each calls for the same issue..

Poor service and response. The person who sold it later refused to respond even the smallest queries. Syncing data is a big problem so is to get any grievance redressed.

Hi have been using your app,my only concern is why i can't see my cost center as I have set in tally,I also need to see which projects have costed on the go as well. please advise

App is not opening in time. Technical glitch. Need to improve more and more.

Bad responce from customer care , Reports showing wrong time to time, All Data of tally is not showing here, getting bad result.

Facing issues with receipts entries I made one entry each for 2 parties and in Tally I could see 4-5 receipts on same date of the same amount and when I deleted the duplicate vouchers from tally it's took way too long to reflect in Biz Analyst

Updation of an entry from mobile app to system is very slow which sometimes leads to double entry

The App is absolutely spot on for those who require their tally data access in a more simplified form and on the go! Keep removing bugs and this will be the best app for enterprises using tally. Great work devs.

Have been using for more that 2 years great application and really helpful. Bring all your company data to your mobile fingertips For the developer - can you add the inventory voucher data entry also i.e. stock journal and physical stock entry

It's too and too much good app but it is more better if it have cost centre wise data also

Little disappointed as - 1. Basic Tally feature Contra Entry Voucher not there in Mobile version? 2. Dashboard not having features like selected groups to show/ hide, Text size selection. Due to which unwanted group's data keeps on occupying large screen area.

Very poor application, item is not picking Tax Automatically, coustomer care giving excuses our devloper team working on the Tax issue but not resolved yet, i have created ticket in last month but issue is resolved. please do not buy premium membership

Requested many times to provide signature option for receipt / Payment Vouchers not yet considered this from team postponing from last 2 years, syncing issues repeatedly facing from each new release updates , If 2 tally screen are opened on desktop This app won't sync at all.

Not able to send multiple invoice through email at a time

good application were you can manage your account in mobile only

it is very useful. the report gets synchronised automatically. earlier when i am out of my office i could not get correct billing data to speak with cuatomer. now i am able to see all the reports even when i am out of my office. this helps me to imprive my sales and work efficiency. worth the money spent on this app. would like to have billing / addition from mobile app also. At present we can only view the reports , in future if we can add data also through mobile it will be a complete app
