On the company creation, some information cannot be edited or changed like phone number , even if you uninstall still phone number will be appear . And the other thing once you backup or exit the backup will pop up several time even you have done the backup it it is really frustrating, please improvenent have to be done
An accounting app I have been waiting for. Improve the app to put through Multiple journal entry options. Now you have the option for one debit and one credit entry only.
Sir I am pleased to see this useful application but I am confused too that how can cost centre be added in this application. If a import data form my PC, will it add all the ledgers and cost centres. I was thinking to purchase 3 year licence but cost centres are not there. And some licence holders wrote about bugs after purchase of licence. Tell me whether to purchase or avoid this application.
Good app, my experience is satisfying so far. Some options to be added like we can name taxes as IGST, CGST and SGST. Not taking entries in Paise. Also on creating new year, previous balance changes in round figures.
I am willing to buy but in trial period it was observed that while entering opening balance in master creation amount in decimal is getting rounding off automatically. For example opening balance in capital account is 250682.47 . After saving master balance amount automatically come to 250680. This must not be happened. No one from sattelite computer is answering niether on phone nor on mail. Please resolve asap
Oct.2019:- Reporting is very poor & output storage also the same. If wish to opt final report now, the mobile fully hanged & lately error comes. Communicate this, no response from them. Nov.2019:-Nowadays could not open. Is this App. running now? I paid for 3years.
Not opening, showing "An error occurred, we're deeply sorry". Not working even after restarting the app. Fix it.
Best Best Best !! I was Awaiting For It From So Many Years !! Pls Give Feature of 'To Duplicate / Copy' a Voucher for Repetitive Payments/Receipts !! eg. Same Same Rent / Electricity / other bills payments every month & for repetitive Purchase/Sales orders from/to Same Parties at regular intervals !! This Feature Is Also Available in Desktop Tally from 2007-2008 or Earlier !!
Very Poor Performance. It won't give period wise reports and it's giving since starts. I paid 1500 for this and obviously waste. No support from developers. It is an accounting app and looks like a tally erp. It should give proper and accurate report with date range. If we can't get the data like this, then why shoul we need an app?
once your license get activated, you couldn't change your phone. for change your phone again needs to make payment. This is only one disadvantage of this app
It has back up and export import error. It shows technical error during back up and export import. Journal voucher also does not take multiple ledger entry. Not a good accounting software ☹☹
I am using this app since last three year. very helpful and easyest app to maintain accounts but my licence was exp on 19. 2 2019. i want to renew for next 3 year. bur unable to renew. kindly help me on renew this app. i really need it

I have purchased tally on mobile (TOM PA 4.5) with 3 years license on 14.09.2019. But today when I open the app it's showing that Your demo limit is expired, Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.

Very poor performance. Facing lots of problem Ledger posting time,how to add qty of piece .amount only showing. Go down options don't showing.
🤔 Why do this app need access to my contacts, wants to make calls, want my gallery?? I just deleted it as it did not start as I denied access to those it asked for.
Believe me, i tried arround 20 accounting apps and found tally on mobile best, cheap, and their customer support is also good. Keep updating app and bring new features... Thank you Tally on Mobile Team
app is working fine, except some reports are not generating throwing error "restart app", especially trial balance and some ledger report. please fix the bug otherwise it ia not useful.
can't solve problems. There are some error in legger,balance sheet,it show errors but i have to contact many time but no response till tody
Its nice but the prob is vouchers are not created time wise , suppose in a day you make 5 vouchers so 5 vouchers will be created but not chronologically time wise, so its a prob which needs to be rectified and also you cannot paas a journal entry involving 3 accounts so its a prob also but otherwise the product is good.
Invoice export options is not available. Any challan is not exporting in pdf formats or any other format. It's difficult to send a copy to customers.
Why would this app ask access to my contacts ? And not let me use this app, if I deny access. Data safety has gone for a toss these days. Any app can ask for any and every data that there is.
More companies data should be allowed,no group account is being shown separately, mobile tally files is not working with PC tally, sometime some groups in balance sheet is not showing after fetching group data, ledger balances should be shown at the time of data entry
Worst app ever!!!!!! The payment mode is so bad !! I had to pay 500 twice in order to update the licence
I couldn't find multiple transaction. Pls modify for multiple accounts entry in voucher and add the state of Telangana in the states list bcoz I am from Telangana
Search button is full of errors, never got the accurate results. May be there are some bugs. I am still willing to give a suggestion that someone should check & find a proper solution. Another suggestion there should be autosum function for date range results of Day Book.
