Some items in the store are not on the online list. Example would be "Saudia Chocolate Milk 1L". Try to update the item searching system or the item names so as they would all appear when searching for a specific item. Rating may change depending on how the app will be updated in the future. Good luck.

App really useful for ordering, but missing few details (as well as the website) for easier sorting (by price), filtering etc. Totally would update score if they added more control over sorting and filtering

I order via tamimi app every week and I like it so far. Very easy and convenient. Just that, sometimes their staff is putting wrong products. They need to doublecheck the items properly. That's all.

Good quality and wide varaity, however, no delivery in my city. Delivery is important for us. Also, the app is not user friendly. It can be improved.

The app is great to order items on pickup from the store; the only problem is that there are no filters to find items, and the only option is to search for specific items.

It works beautifully but maybe some filtering and sorting is needed to help people find the items more easily

Sorting and filtering needs improvement. Only being able to sort by brand name is not really helpful.

Very convenient for shopping... In and drive to collect. One tip i.e. Pay on collection, as at times their system inventory is not up to date.

Handy in placing order, but they need to improve order management. Usually you will place order but later some of items in your order cancelled. The system should be properly updated, and you should receive what you ordered if its shown to customer online.

I ordered some chocolate for pick up and before collect it got a call from store saying that it is out of stock and we don't know why online application takes orders!! I am extremely unhappy 😞

My online shopping experience is great. It would be even better if they start home delivery like carrefour and other markets.

The most disgusting app. It gives option to pay online but when I enter payment details and click pay, it goes back to the cart. Finally one needs to book order as cash on delivery. I did, but they automatically canceled my order just before the pick up time. I would give 0 stars if there is option for that. #WorstApp

am using the app for online shopping and pick up since late march. I ve never, EVER, went there on time or even afer the scheduled time laps and get my order ready. Yesterday, I went there twice and every time, the order was pending. I rescheduled it for today and nothing was done. I escalated my complaint to the management team, they proposed to deliver it at home in the evening. The driver called me and asked me if I m willing to pay for the delivery fees. Is this professional?!!!

Worst experience ever. I wish to order an item and find it available. Your app is never up to date with stock in all branches. Baaad service. Not recommended
