App is good! But im having a problem with the app starting by itself and continuing to run after i logout and close the window. Maybe that will correct itself with the update.
I am unable to get on after I download the app. It tells me something to the effect "an error has occurred" tried rebooting tried another phone even went to the credit union...I dunno what I thought I was going to accomplish there.....😐
It rarely works properly. I called the CU and the Rep. told me it doesn't work well, and I should uninstall it for a while. Constant "Error occurred".
App was working fine until a few weeks ago now it keeps giving a error message when try to login. Call TBFU and the rep couldn't tell what the problem is. Says IT department will need to get involved. SMH
I love my credit union. What more can I say the app is easy to use. I wish I could see the bill payment like I do on the website. That is my only issue
Not a very good banking app, no fingerprint sign in, and scheduled payment or transfers never show.
Outdated app. Not even fingerprint sign in like every other banking app in existence.
Won't work with Android 9.. Please update
Straight up trash bill pay dont work doesnt have zelle hate it....
Easy to use and very convenient.

App wont install
it needs to be updated. It hangs for 5 to 20 minutes sometimes when trying to login not even allowing access to the login screen
This app used to be great but for the past few weeks it won't let me see my account, it just says "error". It's basically useless to me now since I can't see my account so I uninstalled it. If/when this problem is fixed I'll consider downloading it again.
Ever since your most recent update the mobile app depositing feature isn't working properly. I can take a picture of the front of my check but almost never take a picture of the back of my check. Your app tells me that the image is too dark. Even when I try to take the picture in bright sunlight. This was the main reason why I downloaded this app, for the depositing feature. It can't be my camera, because I didn't have this problem before the upgrade and I'm using the same phone. PLEASE FIX THIS!
Always get log in failed message. Even the website has issues. Maybe it's time for a new bank
Exactly the same my app was working perfect until about a month ago and I called Tampa Bay and someone there tried the app it said it work perfect.. but I'm still having issues with it I showed the same error sign
Does not display your accurate funds this recent update was definitely not thought through accordingly ughhh
Every single time I try and log in it says logg in error then when I try and use my user name and password on website everything I set up wont work
All I get is an error message hasn't work in days

As I was filling out as a new user it kept saying wrong info...to many attempts will block you..I even went thru it with a teller....still didn't work.....PLEASE FIX

I've used other bank apps to deposit checks, and it's a breeze. Whenever I try to deposit a check with this app, it takes multiple tries before it goes through. Even then, I sometimes get an email stating that the deposit was rejected. I've even tried using a different phone. The last time I tried, I gave up and deposited the check to a bank using their app. This is extremely frustrating since my main reason for downloading the app was to deposit checks with it. This feature definitely needs work.
Okay, before the update I can pay my credit card bill online. Now it won't let me get a balance how much I owe, or when it needs to be paid.
