The Tanakh (from the acronym in Hebrew תַּנַךְ tanakh) is the set of books of the Hebrew Bible. It is, along with other books, what Christians call the "Old Testament."
The Tanakh (also Tenakh, Tenak, Tanach) or Hebrew Bible is the canonical collection of Jewish texts.
Tanakh is an acronym of the initial Hebrew letter of each of the three parts that compose it:
-The Torah (תֹוָרָה), 'Instruction' or 'Law' "Teaching", also known as the Five Books of Moses (Bereshit - Genesis, Shemot - Exodus, VaYikra - Leviticus, BaMidbar - Numbers, Devarim - Deuteronomy)
-The Nevi'im (ִבִיאםים), 'Prophets') Yehoshua - Joshua, Shoftim - Judges, Shmuel A - 1 Samuel, Shmuel B - 2 Samuel, Melachim A - 1 Kings, Melachim B - 2 Kings, Yisheyah - Isaiah, Yermiyah - Jeremiah, Yechezchial - Ezekiel, Hoshea - Hosea, Yoel - Joel, Amos - Amos, Ovadiyah - Obadiah, Yonah - Jonah, Michah - Micah, Nachum - Nahum, Chabakuk - Habakkuk, Tzefaniyah - Zephaniah, Chaggi - Haggai, Zechariyah - Zechariah, Malachi - Malachi

TOO MANY ADS. Takes away the ability to focus when it pops up every 10secs. I like the update of being able to highlight verses with different color, but now when you add a note under it, you can't tell there's a note there unless you go into the details of the verse. The auto reader is not that bad.
My only complaint is an advertisement between every page change. I mean understand it's a free app, but maybe find a way to allocate so many minutes for a few advertisements at a time between that way you have longer continuous moments without ads during app use.
This app is great, I like the fact that font is big so that I can read it without straining my eyes. if you're in a journey to read your Bible daily. this app will definitely help you. God bless all!
I love this app. It works great. I read scriptures in it with , and to my Mom, who is elderly; and we have great discussions about the goodness of Hashem's Torah. We both get great encouragement from using this app to read the Torah. Great app.
Nice app, yet it sounds more Christian than Jewish. It doesn't feel cosher. Although, it is organized in a Jewish order of chapters it sounds more like Christian. . I do not trust myself to read it. You make your choice.

I love the feature that reads the scriptures. However I wish that it would continue to read the next chapter as well.

It's the Tanakh but everytime you quit a Christian message offers you Jesus. It's a way to cheat the Jews. Keep away from this app!
Thank you for the Simple English as opposed to the older English used in the KJV.
It's close enough to enjoying reading HASHEM'S LUVING Words with out Desecration of The Holy Sacred Torahot. Okay with Old English words as in thou & thee would be nice if The Title HASHEM was in there instead of the English word LORD for LandLord. Otherwise a christian if reading this would think it probably ment the non-Messiah non-christ Yeshu the Mamzer. Then I would have given it a 5 star
Immediately removed! The voice reader is horrible and you're unable to slowdown or change on its settings. I didn't navigate the app for other things to make comment as my primary interest is to have audio. If anyone has a suggestion on an app with better audio please write a review for recommendations.
