It ridiculous that this app is constantly updated. This my second time updating this within a month. Also, ive been to.comete this date for 30 minutes so far. This is unbelievable. I can view my account until it completes.
cannot connect to this bank on my cell at home with wifi working excellent signal. Data on. can get into other bank online no prob. uninstalled and reinstalled twice. So I wish your phone customer care had more hours to be able to call in later hours and more weekend hours.
Unable to use the deposit cheque option. When I try to take a picture of the cheque the button is right on top of the home button and it takes me right out of the app. I tried installing the app again and I have tried on two phones.
Sep 2018 this up works to show you your account information, but ux is bad it looks and feels like someone with no background was working on this. Please update the ux and make full functionality to get to the top of the cooperative banks in Canada. Tandia is a great financial institution but like other cooperative banks they don't push for improvement in technology to help the costumer online or mobile.
The app worked fine before, but now when I press 'log in' a warning comes up telling me to update the app, redirects me to the play store -- that has zero updates for this app
I do not like the new app. Its very inconvenient, the look is not satisfying, and overall im not happy. Thumbs down.
Repeated error of not connected to internet. Called branch office, they were aware of issue but had no idea of when it would be fixed.
Terrible. I am forever uninstalling and reinstalling. I had to drive to the ATM one evening to transfer money because I could not login for the life of me. 1 star because I can't post the review with 0 stars.
Wow. Did you just abandon this app and your clients? Why not remove it. I can't believe its taken over a year for an updated... That does not inspires confidante from a bank.
Cannot get on at all.tells me there is an internal error. Old app worked just fine very frustrating,
it wont open the app cuz it keeps saying i need to install the update. i have the latest version so I cannot sign in. can only sign through internet browser
Nothing but view your account works. Cant send etransfer or receive money. Whats wrong with this app. 3 days later 6 downloads and still nothing works?
Continually needs to be uninstalled and re-enstalled. Lost count how many times.
Easy to navigate, check deposit works better, ATM/branch finder and biometric login are welcome additions.
Any support? App wont load, can't login. Not updated in over a year. No cofidance in this bank...

Biometrics don't work and keeps telling me to connect to internet when I have wifi and data!!!
Big improvements over previous version. Performance is quick and snappy now.
Accounts aren't updated. My account is showing only up to 3 days ago.
Works well...only once have I had to reload in many years of use.
Often has glitches that causes the app to be unusable and holds my money hostage.
Does not let you deposit cheque by mobile. Will probably have to go into a branch now to deposit and this is a waste of time

Works well for me. Only complaint is that I wish it had biometric authentication. I'm sure there's less chance of me forgetting my password typing it in everytime, but there's some times I need information quickly or I get finger the keyboard and have to redo it.
