On 1st July 1957, Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB)came into being and has remained the energy provider and distributor all these years.

After 53 years of journey the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board was restructured as per G.O.114 dated 08.10.2008 by establishing a holding company with the name "TNEB Ltd" and two subsidiary companies namely "Tamil Nadu Transmission Corporation Ltd.,"(TANTRANSCO) and "Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Ltd.," (TANGEDCO) as per the mandatory requirements of the Electricity Act 2003. Accordingly TNEB Ltd., was formed on 01.11.2010.

When I try to add a new consumer in "My Consumers" & click the Plus button, a pop up says that I cannot add more than 25 consumers in the list. But, I have only 11 in my present list.This error is coming inspite of repeated trying. The developers of the app are requested to solve this problem.Their e mail ID seems to be incorrect.I sent a e mail about this which was returned undelivered.The app is uptodate and the problem not solved even after uninstall/reinstall/ restart. Nice app but after this app update many of the net banking banks are removed. Very disappointed. And you can also create an option like regenerate bill for the paid bills. This will be very useful to us.

I want to see the readings of my bills for previous times , but the app can't have proper way to understand , i can't see the readings details , then how can I pay online , pls modify the app like , we have to see all details about current bill in one app , then only we can understand our usage and get satisfaction about payment , i give you five star after the davelopment done

In What's new: your explanation in English is so good(The creater should be awarded by oxford University). Luckily this app is limited to TN only. Otherwise there may me many people suffered. I never seen such a useless app in my life time

The bills amount for TNEB is unable to fetch from any UPI platforms most of the time. While other states electricity bill payment is 24/7 available in all popular UPI platforms for payment. Please fix the UPI issues.

This app was working perfectly fine till I did the Android upgrade on my OnePlus 6 mobile. After the upgrade the app is throwing the error, " Unable to Authenticate your device. Please use a valid one" and does not proceed to login screen. I suppose the app is not compatible for Android 10. No updated version in the recent time. Can the developers please fix the problem and help us to continue using the application.

I don't find option to pay via gpay , Paytm, phone pe and hdfc NetBanking. I used to pay bill using gpay alone. Overall this app is useless for me.

As per my experience with this app, the previous UI option are too good. Now so many changes are there. I paid to my EB account. Still, its showing Bank approval waiting which is not in the previous version of this app. I don't think that really need to fix bugs. If there, just fix it.

Authentication error after updating device to Android 10. The Email address provided in contacts, devops@tangedcoapp is invalid as well. I think this is no more maintained. The last update was 2 years ago. Wouldn't recommend using as there might be security issues as well which are not getting fixed anymore.

Once a five-star app, it is now non-functional....not working for three months. ...many complaints - yet no action taken.' The Developer Contact leads to a non functioning email. After updating my device to android 10 version, I am unable to open the app as it shows a message that "Unable to authenticate your device. Please use a valid one" is displayed and app gets closed. I tried resetting and restarting my handset but it doesn't works. Please solve the issue as soon as possible in the future update.

Using TNEB APP from OnePlus 6 Device with Android Version 10. I'm unable to open the application with this Version, throwing error "unable to Authenticate your mobile device. Please use a valid one." I was able to open the app with My previous Android Version. Upon Android OS upgrade I'm not able to open the app. Support email ID is no longer available (a valid email). Need support ASAP

This app is redicolous, usually app should get closed only when device back button is clicked 2wice. But here app is getting closed of first click itself. Navigation should be improved. I dont see navigation from signup page to signIn page. since app will close it device back button is clicked from signup page. During forgot password, claim is getting submitted. Im not sure, who will receive the voilated email. I never entered application, but i can aee many bugs in before signIn pages.

I have updated my device's OS to Android 10 via OTA from my manufacturer. Since then the app is not able to identify my device. Not sure how the developers can miss such important scenario. Important part is, one cannot reach the app team on the email ID provided here in the Developer contacts. Email ID does not exist at all

Using since an year, and it was working perfectly. But in recent days whenever I open the app getting an Authentication error message and nothing else. Request the developer to look into it, hope this is not an issue only to me.

To check usage this is fine. Leaving aside app experience and intutiveness, I see that when we pay there seems to be some extra charges which we see at the payment gateway. I could easily make payment using Phonepe without any charges. Other than that i see there aren't major glitches as before. Keep Improving

Application is not working properly for most of the time. Whenever trying to click on my bills option am getting invalid session and gets log out. Even if it shows my bills, when I click the consumer details to pay that bill, it says unable to process your request please check your internet connection and try again. I have a fibernet broadband with 100MBPS speed. Is that app required more than that speed, then better to use other channel to pay the bills. Frustrating whenever use this app.
