Trying to find a store. Had a paper map, bur was wrong. Map in ap will not access your GPS to give you directions but only alliws you to put in the store where you are. And that takes clicks, waiting, extra time, and it couldn't find the store where I parked to stop & deal with this unusable app. This may have good coupons, but if I cannot find the stores, I have no business stopping here again. Very disappointing app and not at all practical. I tried it, concluded buggy & uninstalling.
Unreliable. I've tried several different times to use this app. Each time it crashes and kicks me out. I want to utilize all features b/c it would save me time/$/prevent printing but it simply doesn't work longer than 2 minutes before it crashes. I have sent multiple "feedback" messages without any acknowledgement.
EDIT: I had signed up for the TangerClub from the app and I was having the issues of it not working properly (couldn't see my digital TangerClub card, couldn't see the digital coupon book). I went to the customer service center at the Tanger Outlet, and I think she did something to my account, because after that, the app seems to be working fine (can see coupons & my digital card, and uploaded receipts without issue). So I'm raising my score from 1 Star to 4 Stars. IF onsite customer service has to do something before it's fully operational, then that should be mentioned somewhere, but I didn't see it...
It doesn't remember that I have already created a password in response to the email sent. It also asks every time for me to choose my store. There isn't a way to actually LOG IN. The only selection is to Register. So I have no choice but to uninstall. I can't even heart a deal because, of course, it doesn't remember who I am. 🤦♀️ It would also be nice to go to the store's webpage from the Deals, so I can browse. While the app is very attractive, it just doesn't DO anything.
This app was great before the update. It had all the important things I needed when I visited a Tanger Outlet. It made it easy to find a map. To find out what stores were there. Then they updated it. Now I'm forced to login to access ANYTHING (which almost made me uninstall immediately) and the most useful things like the map and store listings for each Tanger Outlet are gone or so hard to find I don'teven bother. And that's if I can get something to load at all.
UPDATE - HAD to uninstall and reinstall and was able to login....however the app crashes when attempting to update my account information. Original post - I am unable to login to the app. I receive a splash screen of welcome back, but have no menu options to navigate further. Very disappointed as I would like to upload my recent receipts for the Tanger Club.
V6.5.0.8 does not work at all. In Android, the screen simply renders BLANK (even after app cache clear ) only the log in screens are visible. After that nothing but black blank screens . In iPhone version.. the lag time is 5 + secs and yes sometimes the screen goes blank and can't see anything in the app. I think a hot fix or patch is needed
Signed up for an account, but when I tried to log in, it just says "network error". Can log in with website, and I have no problem with my network connection. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, as well as clearing cache and all data storage, but nothing worked.
I'm having trouble with login. I've tried daily no luck, it keeps saying network error. I've done everything it ask still.....network error. I'm definitely deleting this app. I've emailed them, they responded back, but no help. Please fix this "network error"‼😡😡😡
App is awful!!! Has not worked ONCE since I downloaded it!!! Just tried reinstalling since I am going shopping there tomorrow and still doesn't work. I put in my email then password and hit the login key and it sends me back to the first login where i put my email. Whoever paid for this app got ripped off and i see i am not alone not one good review
Terrible, this app is terrible all the way around. Unknown error, network error on any network and the email login in is flawed . It's 2022 this not a new idea and the developers for this app must be because it's a total fail from a customer view
Have had the app for years and it always worked fine. Now for the last few weeks the app won't let me get to my tanger club rewards. I press Tanger club and it immediately stops. The rest of the app works. I can't get to my rewards to be able to use them Have been to the customer service desk in Riverhead N.Y. but no one could figure it out as to why the app is doing this. Thank you
App doesn't work. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still doesn't work. It let you get to the page that ask for your email and as soon as you enter your email and try to connect, the app closes out
app is missing a field for address, phone etc. It won't allow me to register without that information but doesn't bring you to a place to enter that. I've tried online and it says page has expired. I have a ton of receipts that need to be entered before the 31st and can't do it. very disappointed. was charged 10.00 for what?
Does not open. Network Error. Email sent to their customer support said to delete and install again. Tried that two times, same error. Time to fire the IT designer of this App. Clearly is not a good product by all these bad reviews.
Absolute Garbage! Literally couldn't get this app to work long enough to even register an account. I tried restarting my phone, reinstalling. Nothing. A waste of my time and data to download. I'd give it ZERO stars if I could.
Generally good app. However, the digital coupon book is useless as coupons are all displayed by Tangerine Outlets icon instead of store icon. So there is no indication of which coupon is for which store. Please update your app.
The app mentions a $10 gift card if you show the app & the offer on the app to the associate at Shopper Services. The associate refused to honor it, even though the app shows that redemption code & my customer ID. It says absolutely nothing about an email, but she refused to honor it without an email. It would have been nice to know that they weren't going to honor the offer before going to shopper services. Now I know that Tanger doesn't honor their offers.
The app is alright. Its nice to know what sales are where, but in my experience, I still need to go to the actual store. Each of the shops I frequent also send me emails with the information. The app does not seem to give coupons that I can get without the app, which is why I got it, so I will remove now to free up space.
Have used the app in the past successfully. Just tried to open it today, put in my login information, it starts a welcome screen and then crashes. Restarted, same problem. Android update is a failure.
Thus never loads for me and the first time I open it I go to login and it gives me a network error. I have to close the app and open it again, which it will then automatically log me in but nothing loads. Pointless to even have it. And I've even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.
I've had this app for a long time buy now all of a sudden when you open the app it just closes. You can't see coupons or anything. I had no problems in the past so I'm very surprised. I hope you fix this issue soon.
All ways great deals to add on top of great deals! Don't leave money on the table, get the app and membership!
There's something wrong with the app. I install it and log in and when I log out it disappears from my phone. I have to go to the play store and install it every time I want to use it. It's so annoying!!!! I gave it 3 stars because they have the right idea. I can screen shot my receipts by using app and I can access my coupons through it which saves me trips and time going to customer service but they need to do some upgrading to it
