Tank Utility Setup

As reported by another reviewer, the step “Verifying Cloud Connectivity” fails, even after receiving the good checkmark for “Connecting to Wi-Fi network”, and also the good checkmark for “Checking for Internet Connectivity”. So, I reach out to my fuel supplier, and together we reach out to Tank Utility technical support, and the technical support was even worse than the app, both are completely useless. We received nonsensical responses such as “would recommend we try here is having the customer put their MAC address into their network” – of course the MAC address is already working *in* the network if there is both Wi-Fi connectivity and Internet Connectivity! Over a month ago I was told that we would “work directly with our engineering team”, but I heard absolutely nothing! Bottom Line: I really wanted this to work, and spent over a month, but they are utterly unable to explain what is the step “Verifying Cloud Connectivity” given that the app has already confirmed that it has good Wi-Fi connectivity, and good internet connectivity.

Need Plenty Work. Has been displaying tank as 80% full up to when it went completely empty. Good thing it was during the day, so I could get a refill easily.

No matter what, will not connect through final step (verifying cloud connectivity). Perfectly useless.

Does not work on Android 10. Will not install. Got it installed on my wife's phone running Android 8 and seems to work fine. Hopefully they update the app soon

Days pass with no readings

Unable to run app on Moto Droid Turbo 2. The screen images are too large and can't get access to continue buttons.Hung up on 2nd window. Had to resort to downloading iOS version which worked on Apple tablet.

I could have saved a lot of time while trying to connect to the device, if the instructions included a note to Turn Off Your Network Data while Connecting to the Tank Utility Device. Otherwise, it's solid
